I love Cam's honesty combined with his willingness to push himself. It's a huge lesson in regards to overcoming your fears. And, he's REALLY improving! Keep it up boys!
My family loves these videos. I have them watch these videos before we go ride and I love hearing the comments about how they’re working on the stuff they take from these videos. Makes a Dad proud.
Tabletops give you comfort, knowing that if your speed isn’t right you’re still able to land safely without casing the jump. And if you hit it then it’s even better. Double jumps require a all or nothing mindset. You gotta go for it. Pretty cool what confidence can do, that’s why i love this sport even more. Nice work guys great video, inspiring and fun👊🏻
7:27 I bet Cam is happy he was not alone at the track. He said that if he were alone, that he would not be trying that jump. And now look at him, doing it, having fun, and feeling good.
Cam! After watching the Pro's vs Am videos, I'm really surprised that your confidence isn't higher. Believe in yourself! You're better than you think you are. Also, I'd call this a step up more than a double...? Great videos Albert! One day my son might be apart of the Moto Academy.
Love it! Thanks guys! Bring back the Private Lessons Series FOR SURE!!! QUESTIONS FOR CAM.... 1-How long did it take for your Gaerne Boots to break in? (Assuming those are SG12's?) 2-Did you get the same size boots as your shoes? 3-Did you experience any outer heal pain from the boots? I have a pair of Sg12's. I wear size 11 shoes and hiking boots... Got these SG12's and started wearing them in the house before tracks opened. I have 5 rides in them now and at first both heals, on the back outside curve to my heal were experiencing a bad pressure point. Now it's just the left heal but it seems to be lasting through the week into the next weekend. Trying to get some hope that these boots will fully break in. Have any experience with this?
Absolutely loving these videos, thanks for sharing, I started watching these as a refresher course kinda thing as I'm planning on getting back on the track in the next year once funds allow, trouble is I've not been on a bike since my late twenty's and I'm the wrong side of 45 now lol Nonetheless your videos are helpful and entertaining too. Keep them coming 😁
I can relate to Cam about not feeling anything when you're about to commit. Last time I had it I proceeded to case a step up and crashed pretty good lol. But I did that on my first lap I only sighted it out on foot.
Man I grew up luckily out in the country and always built doubles digging the dirt from the middle so they had pits in them lol so oddly I'm more comfortable hitting doubles really weird lol awesome video
Yeah same. Or even just a SUPER long time off. I was an "Expert" as a teenager, and now I'm back at it in my mid 30s. I feel just as fast for like 4 laps lol, but now I've got a big thing with the jumps with big holes.
I’ve always experienced personally and others being faster after getting back on after injury. I’m guessing it’s because you’re studying others riding and can’t wait to get back.
Mx23 is the track i go to most and I ride a kx100 small wheel and i want to hit this step up i just dont know what gear to hit it and speed got any suggestions with that and a couple other things i should know?
Dude... sitting here watching the vid thinking I'll take a class as long as it's teaching how to whip. 😇👽 I still don't have it figured out but I'm old and scared too.
This is always my biggest issue. Back in the day I would jump everything, but now I’ve got kids and a career, so I’m more reserved jumping new stuff. It seems like about the time I get everything down on a track they change it up and add new stuff.
MX 23 I always ride there 🔥🔥 What gear are you sending this on the 125? I used to send this step up all the time on a 250f but now that I got a 150 2stroke I havent sent yet 😭😂
Jumps like this are usually really easy… they put that little single before it so you don’t way over jump it.. typically if you see that hit it HARD and you’ll be fine
looks so easy but i know my heart pounds everytime and it seems like forever ur in the air when u first start lol..the suspension on these bikes are so good though
Just for some reference clarification how long has camera man cam been riding in new don’t want to go trying this and killing myself if he has much more seat time lol
I can jump that wide open in 4th gear tapped on a 450, brake in the air so my tires aren't turning fast before I land. Riders now days don't brake or shift gears in the air.
"If I was here today alone I wouldn't jump this jump" what a panzy lol dude I was always the ballsy one of my friends when we went to different tracks or I built a new jump
LOL...you need to work on your mobility, Aj ;) Please stop using Cam's Gopro, it looks bad! you must fix it, the video doesn't look smooth at all and too vibrant.

Love it!!!
@@AjCatanzaro keep up the good work. I am ready to buy a shirt and wear it around town.
It feels SO GOOD downsiding a jump that was scary! Good work Cam!

My home track

That is my hometown track!
It has changed a lot over the years. I’m glad that it’s open regularly now.
Aj cased himself on that last run. Nice job camera man cam! BALLS OF STEEL
Nicely done, Cam! I am afraid to jump jumps with holes in the middle and this gives me hope. 🙂
I love the private lessons !! Hell yes 🤘🏻
Camera man cam is the best. The first time around he had the speed.
🇦🇺🇦🇺🇦🇺🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸
Thats MX23. Really nice track. Big jumps. Never even attempted that double look very scary in person!
I thought it was only us old guys that threw our backs out easily? Welcome to the club AJ! 😁

I feel the excitement from a well executed jump and landing, smooth as butter.
You're a good teacher.
Cam, you are for sure becoming a better rider because of AJ.
Loving the MX23 videos!!!!!!
Cam was rockin it by the end. That’s awesome! Great video, boys.
Awesome the way you got the bloke to get over the big jump he didn't think was possible.
Such a good feeling to clear a new jump.
Love it Cam! You the man!

Great video you guys! Thanks!!
Private lessons are the best. I think I know Tomahawk Mx better than any track on earth. Haha. Watched this series like 20 times over. 😁
Nice job guys
Cam seems like a good kid. Met him at AJ's class at Tomahawk 5/19. Turning into a really good rider.
Great job Cam!!! Whooohooo! And doing it on someone else’s bike too
Lmao u and cam are entertaining for sure
"Dude thats big"
"No no it isnt"
🤣🤣
Lookin good Cam
Did good job know your fear I always focus on attack elbows up and no hesitation all AJ lessons
i live in ma and have the same problem with jumping that exact jump
cheers helped

Can you talk about getting back on and racing after being off for awhile after a big wreck?
Yeah same. Or even just a SUPER long time off. I was an "Expert" as a teenager, and now I'm back at it in my mid 30s. I feel just as fast for like 4 laps lol, but now I've got a big thing with the jumps with big holes.

could you do a video on hitting blind jumps when you cant see the landing
How would someone find out about doing some private lesson or come to get some lesson in a group?
I remember the first time I hit that jump. It scared the shit out of me but feels so good when you clear it
This Brookfield Mass?
every time ive ever hit a bigger jump i always build myself up and as soon as i make it im always like, this is so easy im such a pussy lol
Mx23 is the track i go to most and I ride a kx100 small wheel and i want to hit this step up i just dont know what gear to hit it and speed got any suggestions with that and a couple other things i should know?
Great one. Sub'd to Cam's page
that step up is just 3rd little less then wide on a 250 if you send off the roller to the middle
Props to Derek with the Hatebreed shirt!
I get all my moto advice from John Daly.
Grip it and rip it! :)
First step up is scary. Awesome vid. :)
how to jump one if there is no room for error like a fmx ramp
First jump it into a pool or something, if you can't efford it, just get good insurance ;)
Have you taken your 125 sx 2022 to the dealer to get the CDI box updated if not are you still riding it liked that with out the update... ??
Dude... sitting here watching the vid thinking I'll take a class as long as it's teaching how to whip. 😇👽
I still don't have it figured out but I'm old and scared too.
Please make a video on how to jump through a rhythm section 🙏
Day 417 of watching AJ. Said “toodaloo” when I left the office. Got peculiar looks from coworkers. Not sure how to feel about this development.
As long as you dont enter work and say Albert here you should be good lol
@@TheShift1313 LOL
😂😂😂
i crunched the heck outta my ankles coming up short on this
Why land front tire first?
See If I need to hit I will I do but I dont size it up just hold wide open in a good gear
What happened to the 4 lap rule? Dam that was funny camera man..I was thinking the same thing
WE WANT MORE PRIVATE LESSONS!

It’s actually my 150 and I think he hit it in 4th. I was in the background watching
Jumps like this are usually really easy… they put that little single before it so you don’t way over jump it.. typically if you see that hit it HARD and you’ll be fine
Hatebteed! Live for this! Live live!
4 lap role jump it on lap 3 then cut the track and jump it again directly after on lap 4
i feel the guys uncertainty. you do a great job of putting him at ease. lesson no.2, no heel clicking.
looks so easy but i know my heart pounds everytime and it seems like forever ur in the air when u first start lol..the suspension on these bikes are so good though
Just for some reference clarification how long has camera man cam been riding in new don’t want to go trying this and killing myself if he has much more seat time lol
Man I miss riding
Still scared to hit a tabletop lol feels like I’m going fast til i hit it.
Can you make a video about suspension setup and how certain changes will affect the bike?
LOL...poor Cam 🤣
The fear is that something can happen on the way to the face. If something happens on the face, that is the fear :D
I felt and still feel cams fear lol
Yah, we need more private lesson videos.
Damn that guy that did the intro looks familiar 😉
I can jump that wide open in 4th gear tapped on a 450, brake in the air so my tires aren't turning fast before I land. Riders now days don't brake or shift gears in the air.

Id probably end up in the trees. LOL
Doubles can be pretty sketch sometimes!
Hell I thought it was this hugh double not really a double
special purpose ... LOL
Jesus loves you
LOL...you need to work on your mobility, Aj ;)
Please stop using Cam's Gopro, it looks bad! you must fix it, the video doesn't look smooth at all and too vibrant.
4 lap rule is bogus.
