Thank you for taking us to Phina! It used to be on Wildearth at one time a few years back and it was always enjoyable on the show! So, to me it's kind of a welcome back, you've been missed! Can't wait to see what been is going on! 🦁🐆🦓

Having been to Phinda on a number of occasions in the past as an employee, thank you for this wonderful trip down memory lane. What a wonderful intro to a very special place. ❤️ Of course, the content was also very special. Most lodges concentrate on lion and leopard. Not often, we get to see such wonderful footage of our precious cheetah. 🙏🙏🙏🧡🧡🧡. Hope we see a lot more of Phinda. ❤❤❤

But they have killed healthy lions and other animals. Not good

@@kkg108 To my knowledge from time to time it is necessary to cull game to keep the ecological balance. If a lion was killed, there must have been a good reason. Lions are vulnerable and as a conservation organisation I am sure there was some necessity to kill it. Maintaining a healthy balance in a confined area is quite a complex matter. As in daily life sometimes decisions are made which are not evident to those not involved.

@@viviennedearlove5426 Very well said! Unless you are involved we have no idea all that goes into making decisions on a closed system where they have to the wildlife in balance as a whole!

Lovely insight into the cheetah. They're beautiful. Question: If they were to come across a female, how do they decide who gets mating rights? Is there a hierarchy amongst them?

But Phinda is known to kill their relocated wildlife when they become useless to them to put in new relocated animals in their reserve. Not good
