- These meals literally took me 15-30 mins to make! its something simple but its so good! INGREDIENTS: Salmon,tilapia, catfish fillets, broccoli, butter, adobe seasoning, Slap ya mama seasoning, lemon pepper seasoning, asparagus, and Bens ready rice!

@@NubineQueen it's produced in small pools which means they are swimming in their own filth and they are fed all kinds of crap like antibiotics, them fish are full of mercury, it's low in omega 6. Whatever those fish eat and absorb so do the ppl the eat tilapia. Just do a little research on tilapia and see for yourself. Honestly all fish have parasites in them but that's a whole nother story. Don't get me wrong I eat catfish and salmon from time time but it's not a lot. All the food in the US is being compromised. Just be a little more cautious with the foods you choosing to eat. 💞
It's just as bad as catfish or any scavengers. With that being said I still eat it from time to time and it hasn't affected my health.
