He actually had issues of his own as a teen and hes just a great influence and fantastic entertainer. I am a 70 year old grandma and have been listening to all Dan's covers . He does have amazing talent and has been working on his channel for 10 years now. He has over225 covers and has all of them posted from his younger ages to current. He's very proud to show is improvements and Growth through out the years. He has a humble heart and soul. He did the Elvis Trilogy cover 5 days after his father passed from cancer. He dedicated it to Dad , shares his emotion and at the end of the song shares a picture of his Dad holding him as a young boy. Idk if you will read this Cliff but Fabio Lione was the lead singer of the Power Metal Band Rhapsody of Fire (previously just Rhapsody) and the song Dawn of Victory is from them amd Dan Vasc did the cover with the original singer featuring Rhapsody has lot more songs like this with real orchestra and kind of a musical fantasy story in the lyrics they are highly talented and deserve a bigger audience

Christopher Lee did metal albums as well as acting (Dracula & Frankenstein’s monster). Fabio was on tour and met Dan to film this in his garage studio.

I've heard so many versions of this song, both live, on CD, and on UA-cam. And his version is as close to the original with Ian Gillian as I've ever heard. The amount of emotion he puts into that song is incredible and it really deserves to be seen by more people. If you want to see the more theatrical side of Dan, this is the way to do it. :)

His voice is so unique that one critic once described it as though "it was soaked in a vat of bourbon, left hanging in the smokehouse for a few months and then taken outside & run over with a car"! They are an Italian comedy band that likes to make fun of Scandinavian metal. Make sure you put the subtitles on, part of it is in Spanish. You will not be disappointed 🤣🤣
