Red team with that good classic team battling, so creativity! Love Sean and Soraki but the (red) team choreography just hit different. There was so much charisma in it😊
Red teams sync is the main reason why they won, blue team had no preparation for that, if they did, they win by 1 millions miles away ! Let’s be honest, their individual performances are not typical.
Sean Lew dance your style champion 2023 along with Soraki D the runner up champion that “the crown” beat (I personally thought Soraki should have won) all in one shot! I think team red won because their popping and break dancing was overall more clean than blue unfortunately hahah.
sorry to say but still underground really won this..clean and more flawless routines..sean lew musr control his emotions and should not be overdancing..so much hype and same twist all the time..unlike othees..sorry but thats the truth
Dirty routines hahaha see how clean still underground is only soraki and jxyb did do some flawless shits out there team..look at sean lew overdancing and not wearing shoes hahaha 😂
Where are the women? It would be so much more interesting if redbull finally decided to create an all-female team with waacxxy, Kyoka, Maika and yoonji for example. They're a lot more talented than these guys. The truth is that there are incredibly powerful women out there, but not many people know about it because they are very little in the spotlight. I hope this can change in 2024!!
I do agree there should be more women in this competition but saying they are all more talented than them is just wrong. Not saying vice versa either. Its wrong to say that because they all have different styles. It would be ignorant to say that. Id love to see wacxxxy and yoojin here
@@siri5784 no no I maintain that these girls are much more talented and versatile than these guys in the video and a lot of guys in general! Unfortunately for this event there isnt a lot of good variety and adding them would be so good. Waackxxy and yoojin really brought whacking into the mainstream view especially waackxy in last years redbull freestyle competition which is one of my favorites now. Women have a lot to bring to the table when it comes to dance battles like this. Something i actually want is more teams with women and men cus i love the mix. An all women team in this competition would also make things really cool. Makes the event seem bigger. Lets try to say these things without bringing down other people. No matter the history.
@@siri5784 I don't think we'll ever agree on the real level of these girls. Personally, I have known them for many years. I knew Waackxxy long before his win at RedBull or Rushball before their win at WDC 2019. Some of their battles are not popular but gold to discover and their most popular videos are not especially their best in my opinion. What I mean is that I've known for a long time which girl could become mainstream if she had the chance. For example, Yoonji and Maika are very funny girls in addition to their talent that could appeal very strongly to the audience. (By the way, not many people remember it, but Maika made it to the semi-finals in the first season (By the way, in my opinion, she participated in the wrong season because the videos were not yet popularized as they are now .)
If it’s Kyoka and Maika aka Rushball (yes I’m a fan) against one of these guys single or duo in hiphop category (not dance your style) I would fully agree with you, these two ladies would be very hard to beat. Even though Soraki D, who is upcoming and won Dance Your Style 2022 + Runner up in Juste Debout Gold 2023, would put up great battle but might draw on the short end of the stick. Sean is a great dancer/choreographer (I have seen him grow from kid to adult) with great musicality but within hiphop he can’t match Maika or Kyoka. In all styles not that sure, but Kyoka is extremely well-rounded in all styles, that I know. I mean Rushball already started when they were little kids, so their skill, routines and chemistry is second to none or comparable with Les Twins. Although I’m not a waacking fan, Waackxxy and Yoonji are top battlers individually and as duo. I have seen them against Les Twins and obviously in the popular program SWF S2. If you would put these four ladies you mentioned together as team, adding Malika Yasmin (B-girl) + Amely Mel’s (Hiphop; Fan here, love her swag/style) I would be excited to see them against any team.
Why does the dSoraki never dance with other Japanese dancers? 🤔 A 100% Japanese team would have been more coordinated and would certainly have won this! Don't forget where it came from!! But it's overrated, no 😅 Isn't it a bit of tiktok that has amplified this phenomenon??? By the way, none of the judges voted for their team so I'm confused 🤔
I think people like them because they have such a unique approach to music and movement. they represent a new wave in dance for a lot of people. as for sean, he has been trained in hip hop, jazz, contemporary, ballet, tap, and lyrical. he mixes styles more fluidly, and I think it attracts a wider audience. on the contrary, he has gotten hate for his fusion style. I think people forget sometimes that dance is an art, art evolves. tiktok doesn’t really have anything to do with this other than exposure.
