I'm 03-04 wen he died him and one his girls had a apt in Greenhaven on the Lake in South Sacramento Greenhaven area. I wish I would have been able to meet him cause he made a huge impact on mines and alot of people's lives that's forsure. Rest up Mac Dre Aka Furl.

I grew up off Xraided. His early stuff is untouchable. However, I feel his best, and most underrated stuff was the newer albums, like Unforgiven Vol 2/2.5, and Sacramentally Disturbed. He really wrote some genius lyrics, had the best producer he ever worked with, Filthy Rich, and the best recording quality, mixes and mastering. Songs like 'I Am Lead', or 'Evil Genius', is his best stuff. And Unforgiven Vol 2/2.5, is some of the realest. Takes you on a journey that drags you into the real depths of what street and prison life really is, while others out here who glorify and glamorize it. It's crazy, because a lot of people who grew up off the macaframalama and kamakaze days, didn't know he was putting out some of his best work in 2009-2013. I always felt he deserved better beats in the 90s and early 00s. He finally had beats that matched his lyrical genius and delivery when he linked up with Rich.
