I disagree that shes necessarily a lightweight because, she said its cider so its a bit stronger than a usual beer, she implied some cans were oversized or stronger than others, and she seems to have been drinking on an empty stomach. IMO she drank about the equivalent of half to three quarters of a bottle of wine in a couple hours under less than ideal circumstances, is probably not usually a drinker, and is probably a somewhat tall but not very heavy woman. This is par for the course, not even close to bae tier of lightweight.

Heres my logic, three cans of cider that are tall is probably at least 4.5%abv and 473ml each, which if you do the math is an equivalent amount of ethanol to drinking two thirds of a bottle of wine, 750ml at 11.5%abv minimum. If you reduce the cans to a normal size, its still over half a bottle of wine. If you compare it to beer, the duration of consumption of such an amount of alcohol is greater, so more is metabolized. This was not a long stream and over half a bottle of wine for a non-drinker, especially an average adult woman, is actually a lot in a couple hours. Add to this the mitigating factor she ate spicy jerky to upset her stomach more. If you compare to spirits undiluted or mixed drinks, its too complicated to really write about that here, but the point is this is the 3-4 glasses of wine range that would have most women pretty wasted assuming averages. Maybe it hit her fast because she was fairly empty stomach to start. maybe she got sicker because she was not well hydrated, drank fast after a long time not drinking alcohol, and then factor in upset tum tum from the jerky and even the hangover and being sick isn't all that surprising imo. Shes maybe a little bit of a lightweight if shes tall and weighs over 160lbs, but imo shes just an average person who does not drink. That said, ciders can be higher than 4.5%, or occasionally lower, and larger than that cans also exist. She said one was stronger though so odds are theres no consistency in exact volume or abv to this. Given that, it was at most comparable to an entire wine bottle of the lower end average of wine's abv. That would be enough to make most men who drink at least occasionally probably wasted and potentially sick after.
