I’ve had this game since I was 5 lol I got it back in ‘02 but never really got into it heavy cuz I didn’t have the patience. Never appreciate this game as a kid but I just got back into it a few weeks ago and I got my 2 dream cars in Quest mode lol the GC8 Impreza and the R32 GTR
I had the best luck with one of the porsches ......, I went through every single car in the game maxed them out then reset so I would get my money back LOL
forgot to reply... same here. just experimenting on our favourite 276HP cars to see what settings would i need to get them to 263mph after annoyingly grind the miles to 1861 (it was hell as my ps2 slim doesn't work properly anymore as it needs pressure on the lid to even read the disc now and sometimes in the middle of the night it'll not read... along with the plug not fully wanting to stay on when nothing touches it and maneuver the wire so it works)
+Jake Livengood well besides that it has the mods that are unlocked after getting the car to 1865 miles, it's all about the gear ratios on trying to get it to 263 the fastest. the gear ratios I used are 5.01 3.29 2.20 1.70 1.23 0.85 and 2.06
Probably the guy with the crappiest driving skill in the whole Tokyo Xtreme Racer Zero/Shutoko Battle Zero is the blue S30Z(X)240Z driver, #400 Unknown.
I mean, seriously, I got challenged by him in Yokohane, and he passes me, crashes everywhere until almost all of his SP bar is lost, and ends it by crashing into a TRUCK.
you really wanna know? well.. White Charisma: custom 20b swap, 1102hp, 2100lbs. Dude racing him: also a 20b awap, but with approx. 960hp, and about 2300lbs. I had both.

Hands down 1 of the best car games of all time. An more importantly this game was SO far ahead of its time it's crazy bro.
