Part 2 was just as great as part 1! If you ever want to go to a much quieter Labor day parade. Boonton N.J has one of the best! It's in Morris County . After the parade theirs a carnival at the high school. Where the awards are handed out to the different fire departments who participated. The reason that there's no sirens is because all the departments are judged. But when all the fire departments leave... Theirs plenty of horn and siren action!!!! It's something I've enjoyed since I was a little kid. It really is one fantastic experience! You also have the NJ Transet Boonton line that goes through there. But theirs no weekend service! So should you head on out there. You may want to railfan Boonton station on Friday evening. Theirs a LOT of good video locations all within walking distance from the parking lot!
