    short, simple video, but you are one of veeery few who set a focus on landing on the edge in an angle and how to absorb the impact....most people just say "lAnd oN tHe bAlLs" and thats it, but no, thats not it...great video in my opinion.

    Thank you i will remember to swing my arm is high as possible when they are behind me and softer landing as I injured a tendon thingy from bad technique lol. Thanks! Also you should let people know about practicing on curbs is the best thing a beginner can do or even intermediates.

      Reverse and speed step are two different techniques that you should master individually before you put them in a combo. I have done already reverse tutorial, try it and practice it, speed step will come as well!

    For generating more force with the arm swing, does it help to make fists with your hands when you are about to swing arms? Or it does not make that much of a difference?

    • @stanleyezepk
      @stanleyezepk 4 роки тому +2

      It doesn't make a difference but you'll eventually keep your hands open when you progress to standing cat leap or lache. Its just natural that way 👍

    Hey Pedro, I was curious what is your average jump length?? Cause I can confidently jump about 6 or 7 feet of distance after that i get shakey.

    • @Salgadopk
      @Salgadopk  4 роки тому +1

      Repeat your distance until is easy, then it means you can do more, and you can always progress like that.

    Two days ago while training precision jump on a curb, I had my low back sprained. It happend on the 30th rep. I wasnt even feeling tired. It was during take off and I felt that my legs did not fired properly but I landed on the curb anyways. My problem is that I did not understand why it happened. I want to continue training them after getting completely better however, I did not learn my lesson so I worry that the same thing may happen again. I guess it may happened as my hamstrings and gluteus muscles might have got tired any given up pulling my torso back while taking off which might have caused my lower back compansate them to extend my upper body. According to this theory of mine, my tecnique is not the problem but I did not feel tired in my legs. So, how can I avoid this to happen again? Because, this would have happened on a wall and I would have not land. So, I need to understand this before proceeding. I would appreciate any input regarding this situation.
