FOR CLEANING THE FISH

2. Lemon juice
3. Wheat flour
FOR MARINATING FISH
1. Salt
2. Turmeric powder
3. Chilli powder
4. Garam masala powder
5. Ginger garlic paste optional
FOR GRAVY
1. Onion , tomato , ginger garlic boiled and ground
2. Salt
3. Turmeric powder
4. Coriander powder
5. Cumin powder
6. Chilli powder
7. Kashmiri chilli powder
8. Garam masala
MUSTARD SEEDS AND METHI SEEDS FOR TADKA
OIL FOR COOKING
CORIANDER LEAVES AND KASURI METHI
