The people who go to those countries to work go in order to earn enough money to send back to their families in the Philippines and other places. They do not go with any agreement to to become enslaved. But when they arrive the person who hired them and paid their airfare to get there, routinely, take away their passport. They do not return those passports. The holders of the passports work they are so-called employees like slaves. They work seven days a week usually substantially more than 12 hours a day. This topic has been well written about in mainstream news at least a couple of times. But it does not inspire people to get organized to reach out and help the trapped workers in those Arab countries.

An Arabic Palestinian Muslim judge on the Israeli Supreme Court put an Israeli Jewish president in jail (for being a criminal; which he was). Sure doesn't sound like apartheid to me.
