God I love hotel rooms. The bedding so crisp and clean and when the rooms are small it makes them cosier and warmer and being able to stay in bed and watch tv and I love it

WhispersRed ASMR Wow...I Googled Gong Bath after this video. I am familiar with toning and most of the practices you described; but I had not heard of a gong bath. Oh my Goodness!! My mother has a small crystals collection in her office, she also has a candle made with amethyst, I always loved to touch it.
My father also gave me two crystals, which have both different utility. I do love crystals myself, I find them really interesting. But I hope you had a really great weekend, much love :)

When you described the tingling sensations of your awareness moving along your body during nidra yoga, that reminded me of Vipassana meditation technique - supposedly the main technique taught by Buddha and then preserved in Burma for 2500 years. In my other awareness practice, we call the tingles a perception of our "subtle body" through attuning subtle awareness. In Vipassana it's taught that this is our perception of our non-solid, impermanent true nature. I was so excited to discover ASMR - and your way of engaging it is really my favorite. When I was younger I would get very intense ASMR and by the time I was in grad school, I wondered if the pattern was that it was triggered by being with people in a state of less ego. This really is an awareness practice, the deeper I go...which I think leads to deeper insight of our nondual nature...and compassion! I'm so glad you're in the world, sharing what you love in such an artful way.

What an amazing course to take. I'd love to hear about how you even learned that such a thing was available and your experiences with it. Definitely something I would love to do. WhispersRed ASMR I am soooo glad you're going to do videos with the singing bowls! I've played around with my friend's bowl and it's so peaceful, but it's tiny. Yours are so big so they'll have a beautiful, deep tone, plus your voice! Yesss. Another question - I remember you saying what your favorite brand of black tea was, but I can't remember what it is. Was it Yorkshire Gold??
Yes it was Yorkshire for hard water! I'm drinking Clipper Organic now though and it's lovely XX

I came across tibetan bowls when I used to have reiki, and after the first attunement I had. And also tibetan bells - very specific and beautiful sounds.

Hey Emma, do you think you could do a haircut role-play for people with trichotillomania? Our salon experiences are very different, and we don't get a lot of light or awareness in the ASMR community. A lot of people have rich and use ASMR to help with it.
