there is a suggestion, when you try to extract butter, if its cold, then you will get more butter as more particles solidify, so either keep the pot surrounded by ice or put some ice when you are churning, Further i am not a big fan of this because most of the time it just goes round . so If there is machine which goes say 5 second clockwise and 5 second anti clockwise, then it would be perfect machine as that way the butter milk is not going on merry go round, but actually churning.
Not good at all... This is wrong method to extract butter. There shouldn't contact any metal with curd. And direction, RPM of machine is also totally wrong.
