also, quick explanation here from a One Piece fan, 16:02 the heal needles heal allies, as far as i can guess. the doctors are majority support characters in the show (excpet the Surgeon of Death), so i imagine those needles are OP in multiplayer
Personally I wish that they added more custom bosses to this mod but once you level up the gomu gomu no mi to snake man then you become unkillable. You deal around 20,000 dps and you're able to kill moon lord in a few seconds.
After watching this video, I tried out the mod for myself, and if you kill the emperors of light, there’s a chance to get gear for snake man and it’s really cool. You can shoot a barrage of hockey infused punches for anyone who has terraria. I really recommend this mod. It’s amazing.

sleeping in bed make you recharge stamina faster. Also when changing fruit, you can easily master it by hitting a target dummy. The best fruit that can easily cheese boss are Soul soul fruit and Sand fruit, it just locked their movement. It even stop Queen Bee dash

i have been waiting for someone to shine light on this small mod i have been playing it since its early days best fruit in mod undoubtedly dough gomu gomu is good too of course but dough is just so well rounded. phoenix op though too. Also its worth it to master fruits.
btw id recommend not crafting the first pirate armor and just waiting till evil biome boss for the shadow/crimson captain armor which is good enough to last until post WOF then you should get captain flame armor before mechs. Also don't underestimate haki.

But other than that spin is an ok fruit but I recommend light or bhuddha or magma or kitsune or t-Rex because these are the best starter light and Buddha being the best and magma is the number one fruit for sea beast hunting but this is information I have about spin and anything else
