This Minecraft diorama took around 750 hand made wewden blokes, over a thousand custom decals and TWO MONTHS TO MAKE Sheeeesh. it was worth it though

I can't believe the dedication, the decal printing and placing for EVERY SINGLE BLOCK was insane, and the tiny torches and resin waterfall were such good details omg I love it

11:37 Water naturally has a cyan-greenish gradient the deeper it gets. I've seen people have a hard time getting that nice gradient when making dioramas (hell I have that issue with just painting), which makes the fact that you created that gradient accidentally, using the pain in the ass that is RESIN, that much more amazing.
Lots of minecraft players use shaders to give the water realistic features, so this happy little accident still fits in with minecraft perfectly.

I’m so glad I’m not the only one who underestimates how long their projects will take. I started working on two props myself that I didn’t realize were going to take forever and a half, and it’s so hard to keep going instead of abandoning them and starting something else
