Love the car...we followed your conversion. I would like more info on your seats please 🙏. We are wanting to put plaid seats in our Z06. Wondering about brand you went with, fit in the car, etc.
Thank you so much for following the conversion. The seats are Corbeau A4 on the manual slider tracks. As for the plaid that’s a special order Marine grade fabric, the side boosters are genuine cowhide and double stitched red with marine grade thread. All together seats tracks upholstery I spent roughly $3,700 to get just what I was looking for and then Elon came along with his fancy ⚡️ plaid lol. Joking of course.
@@JWsGarage Thank you for the info! We saw Braum and Corbeau made plaid versions, so was wondering if you went that route. Looks awesome! Look forward to seeing more of the build.
I have a lot of content with out and about with Diane coming up very soon with some road trips.
that is much cleaner than just buying an inexpensive adaptor to plug into the power take off or cigarette lighter , like I have.
Used them for years myself, the charge cords etc laying on the console would drive me bananas.
Excellent mod! I need to think about that one in my car, should be pretty close to the same.
I know the dash frame is identical only the dash skin is reshaped for the C6

great spot for that. i really need to do this myself, more so i need to find a home for my wideband gauge that has been living on a suction cup on the windshield for over a year.

Absolutely bring the Grey Poupon and we all set.
I can care less about adding a USB port to charge a phone. That's what the cigarette lighter outlet is for. What I do need is a good cup holder to hold my 25-ounce can of beer. Ever try driving a Corvette with a six speed manual while trying to hold onto your beer at the same time? Good luck!
Alcohol is so 1920’s we smoke blunts now. Fk that cup holder.
@JWsGarage Whenever we smoked blunts, the seeds would pop and end up burning the seats. We must have been toking on some low-grade ditch weed. Ever smoke dope in a VW bug? It's like being inside a bubble.
