MY VERSION OF ALMAZAN'S WHOLE FRIED CHICKEN

Ingredients:
1 tsp of fish sauce
1/2 tsp of ground pepper
4-5 pcs of calamansi
1 tbsp of liquid seasoning
aromatics:
5 thumb size of ginger
5 stalks of lemongrass
1 head of garlic
3 small size onion
onion leaks (accdg to your preferences)
