Is hard to find a WOW foyer feeling in homes in NC. This house has too many wall on the foyer with the staircase going up....I like open space foyer and staircase. Also the living room has carpet.....that is a NO in my book....is either hardwood floors through out the house or tile....Hate carpet.

It has everything i want and need for my family
The whole basement would be my bedroom and home office and creative space and change all the railing it looks cheap for half a million
The banister to the stairs should be upgraded. The bathrooms need it too!

Good value for the dollar, I only need about half the sq. ft. I'd rather have a larger lot, less neighbor and smaller home... #Hotep
