Thank you for your awesome skills in doing this and findings for treatment. I felt bad for beautiful Boston with pneumonia on top of paralysis. So glad they all pulled through. Flea and tick preventative are definitely a must. Blessings to you all.
It’s so important to all pet owners to use preventative flea & tick control to avoid flea & tick bites and (especially Tick Paralysis ). You’ll have a happy healthy pet which is as equally important and will prolong a pets life. Pets are part of your family, so take my advice and your pet will lice much longer!! I’m so happy that these pets made a full recovery after their long struggles, but their fighting spirits is what counted the most as their families love ❤️ them very much!! I have an indoor cat but I still use flea and tick prevention to avoid my baby boy from suffering unnecessarily. Much LOVE FOR TO ALL ANIMALS!! ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️💕💕💕💕💕💕💗💗💗💗💗🐾🐾🐾🐾🐾
the people in Aussie land REALLY need to get educated on the many dangers to pets that go outside. Ticks, spiders, poisonous plants and snakes and even snail bait that people put out in their gardens, I would think that tick meds given each month would be helpful.....but certainly knowing just what is in your "garden", oh and don't forget the poisonous toads! checking for ticks after each outside trip seems mandatory to me.
A fair chunk of people I see bringing their pets in for these things are younger owners or ex-pats. Either group should know better after a certain point, but I guess when you live in the suburbs, you start thinking too cushy, and forget you live in a small chunk of a huge country full of dangers. I'm amazed pets even come in with heatstroke. If you find yourself stepping outside and going "phew" from the heat, it's definitely too hot for your pet.
All I have to say is absolutely awesome!! This is for the way you take care of the pets that come through your doors, the way that you make house calls, and the way that you really care for these poor unfortunate sick animals, both feline and canine. And I love the way that you will sit by their cage and talk to them and pet them. Also, I just love your loving way that you make house calls after the animals have gone home, you go to check up on them to see how they are doing. A very endearing quality. You are the BEST!!!!¡ Colleen H. Love from the U.S.A.
@@BigGrabowski So true..if it's too hot for you, is for your pet as well! Keep to brisk walks when hot. Another good way to know when walks are safe is checking the pavement, if it's too hot to lay your hands on for 5 seconds it's not a good time to go walking your dog on it.
Seeing videos like this makes me glad I keep my dog in his harness and leash so I definitely know he doesn't ingest anything other than his food and was trained not to eat any outside and inside we don't have anything toxic to him inside the house (if I'm not sure I always ask his vet). And always when I take him out I always comb him for the disgusting ticks and fleas before we go inside. Sometimes I feel overly protective of my dog, but then see things like in this video just makes me worry for him and other animals.
America has an almost just as bad tick in the south, called the lone star tick, a bite from this can make humans unable to meat *any* sort of meat, it rewrites our DNA and makes it so we lose the enzyme that can digest meat, and it can pass terrifying bobcat fever to cats, an incurable and untreatable disease that absolutely destroys them, I lost my purebred bengal to it and it causes Ehlichiosis in dogs
Boston was so matted.. :( So sad they neglected his coat. I pray they learned from this.. Regular grooming will keep his coat in lovely condition and regular tick checks soo much easier!! So glad he recovered!!
@@isitoveryet9525I'm pretty sure he wasn't even matted, maybe a bit compacted at worst. She’s crying 🥺(7:24). I feel so bad for Boston I hope he’s ok🥺🥺🥺❤️
Dogs cant cry that way, is eye irritation becquse of poison
The dog getting high off the toads is hilarious 😂😂😂
Lisa is a hero for finding out the toxic flower just by seeds! She just saved that doggo’s life!
the people in Aussie land REALLY need to get educated on the many dangers to pets that go outside.
The fact that people regularly decide that just because they don’t like someone it means that they can poison their pets just perplexes me.
Usually people do it after being terrorised by people's barking dogs. These people terrorise people with their animals.
Boston the GSD was my favorite! I hope his beautiful fur grows back quickly! Those ticks are so nasty!!!
Great job Vets and staff.
Noo
I couldn’t handle when the tears were streaming out of his eyes😢😢😢😢

Loved 😍this video very much ❤ !!! I'm always waiting for new one coming out soon!!!!! God is blessing all the VET and all the tech in this place.
Poor little toads just minding their business 😭😂
Goodness me, didn’t Dr Chris earn his salary!! What he did to prevent snoopy getting hold of cane toad! 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
My brain: “Yes, this shall be the only content we enjoy while trying to eat our dinner”
What a beautiful yard the bushes ect .. Australia so pretty
There is no vet service in America that has this kind of service. Good to see
Little black and white dog is adorable she looks like mine that passed away from old age 2 months ago. 😢 hoping she will be ok.
21:29 my brothers dog purposefully goes out and looks for toads to get herself high and then comes in and lays on the floor
This comment 👏
Oh good on Boston! Praise God! He survived! TYJ!
Hii Bondi vet I love how you save animals lives🥳
I just love Snoopy! he is so calm the whole time!
Australia is an amazing place! You have to proof your yard against addictive toads 🤣🤣
Boston is such a pretty dog. 🥺
I love you bondi vet videos Chris!!!!!!!!
I don't know if I'm gonna be fit when I grow up at where you're working Chris👍👍👍👍
Yup, never going to Australia!
A FREAKING PARALYSIS TICK?! ALL KINDS OF NOPE!!
They are everywhere in the world 🌎
I live in South America and have never heard of a paralysis tick. Definitely not going to Australia with my pets after watching this 😅
Boston was so matted.. :( So sad they neglected his coat. I pray they learned from this.. Regular grooming will keep his coat in lovely condition and regular tick checks soo much easier!! So glad he recovered!!
He was hardly neglected. I swear, some “animal lovers” are the most judgmental, arrogant, self righteous people on this planet.
@@isitoveryet9525I'm pretty sure he wasn't even matted, maybe a bit compacted at worst. I think people are judgemental at of love for their own animal most of the time but it is definitely frustrating how many people are so overly judgemental towards others, many seem to think they are the most amazing, perfect owners
i just love the random cat who watched how the seed came out from the back of that poor dog. cats.
Wonderfull team Bondi Vet.
Poor little souls animals.
