5x2km Tempo & 8 hours of riding | More testing on the Ironman World Championship Nice course

We're back with some more training on the course. 5x2km tempo Thursday & a long ride Friday with Jack & Kasper (Kevin). It's been a lot of fun checking out the course and I've definitely made a lot of gains ahead of the Ironman World Championships. Now I need to qualify!
