I read the comments saying richard isn't that good. IT IS NOT TRUE. As a f2p player, richard has been one of the most useful commanders, yea it doesn't do much dmg and countered a lot.. But still decent when paired properly.. And it's so so useful for grinding barbs in kvk (richard ysg) which is the best pair to chain barbs.. And still usable in pve events
Try to use Peacekeeping commander when you going hunt barbarians. And set up peacekeeping talent tree for reduce action point cost. There are Aethelfaed, Cao-cao, Minamoto, Boudica, Lohar, Belisarius and Keira. And for more effectively try use Leadership and Peacekeeping commander and or at least Integration and Peacekeeping commander if you don't have for 1 slot full of cavalry troops for Belisarius or infantry troops for or archery troops for Keira in other words you only have 1 slot of mix troops. Use Aethelfaed, Boudica and Lohar for the first time. Keep create more of RoK. 👍💪😎

For a free to play you took to long to get 1 mill you should have gotten it about 3 days after final kd Don’t spend on wheels that don’t have commanders And it still cost action points even if they are not in your city
Don’t invest in Richard, focus on a single legendary commander to dump your legendary sculptures on, it’s a lot more realistic for a ftp. A suggestion is to invest in YSG till he’s maxed then go to Saladin 5551
He is really f2p and it honestly comes down to the alliance you are in - if they are spending on gold chests, you could be lucky and get VIP points from opening alliance chests. Also there is Lucern Scrolls, which will reward you later on with VIP points I believe

Richard is not as good as before because first of all we have more/better commanders released so there’s better options , secondly there’s a lot of commanders now a days that counter Richards main skill (healing) and also the current meta is skill damage commanders which Richard doesn’t do any. But Richard is still pretty good specially in newer kingdoms (before season of conquest) and for AOE barb farming
Rise of kingdoms say Richard good but he healing and is tanky but heals to much get bad report with no damge but just heals mean just bring slightly several to severly
Spend 💰if your a heavy p2w but if you are f2p is mostly be active attack forts with your allies and farm like you have no life to fullfil your need to upgrade and I advice you to have reserved rrs when suddenly you go to war (mostly in the beginning of the game)
