I guess everyone is different, but I feel your reiki the strongest when I'm on the same tab, and focusing on you. When I change tabs I don't feel the energy anymore, or maybe not as strongly.

+little, I send energy with the intention of protection while receiving the energy. How receptive a person is to negative energy depends on what protection they use whether or not the chakras are open. Sometimes clairvoyance isn't a person's strongest sense and the other ones may be the one in use. +RestRelaxationReiki yes I can feel the energy in hands but while doing distant healing I find difficult to visualise the person. and my reiki teacher told me after scanning my chakras that my Mooladhara chakra (Base chakra) is very small. I'm worried about it! as it is important for survival.

Chakras may close automatically if you are in danger. Your aura may also be drawn in. If your 3rd Eye chakra is opened all the time, you may be ungrounded. For me, my chakras are open a little bit during daily life, unless I am sending energy and want to receive more information. Blessings,
