I have a LG 1200 watt system that rocks. The speakers will blow out a Bic lighter at half volume. They have one of these 3500 watt systems at the Alabama Power Appliance Center that I'm looking at. It will add bout $15-$20 bucks a month to the bill...
@@TheRuckerdog1 i have this exact system it will knock a cup of water over easy. However when they system is outside less bass obviously but it really sounds like a mini concert i could hear it almost 2 blocks from my house on new years eve
@@TheRuckerdog1 Lol, such system must load at least 1500W from AC socket. What a lie..... Do you know anything about electric? Basic things? Sounds amplifiers are not perrpetum device. They need power. Usualy 30-50% more then total power from output stage. LG is lier. Formula is: power consumption (on sticker) minus 30% to get total music power. If you have 2 outputs for speakers, than this number delide with 2.
Example: AC power: 200W
minus 30% = 140W
140:2=70W
This is a real number. Don't thrust anything else.

Doesn't matter if it's 3500 watts. It's the efficiency that makes the difference. I have a pair of speakers that are 150w RMS with 100db sensitivity that could undoubtedly and very easily get louder for cheaper than 900$. You should read your full technical specs before blowing a ton of money on some speakers just because the company slaps a massive wattage on the box.

@@beesting6135i think he meant its impossible for these speakers to take 3500w when they only consume like 200-300w for the outlet, thats like more than some pa speakers that get like 3x louder than these, and hes kinda right you can make a better and louder speaker system for less money

If you plugged those straight into the wall you didn't get nearly the full power. You need an indoor amplifier and/or power capacitor. Your 120 volt wall socket only has 1,500 watts. A garage socket has 3,000 watts @240 volts. This might work. Then an air conditioning unit socket has even more sometimes, and an electric over outlet even more though plugging into those may be near impossible.
Aslo that's rms watts, so what it pulls out of the wall is even higher.
Honestly you can easily tell it ain't anywhere near max because there is not much speaker vibration.

Hey Flossy, I just wanted to say I love your LG speaker videos. I bought a couple of LG systems based on your reviews (can't wait to link them together!) Had some friends over and we really enjoyed cranking up the volume. Sure, these systems are not going to sound as good as all that audiophile stuff, but they more than get the job done at parties. I give the audio quality a 7.5/10 for the more expensive LG systems. All I know is we really enjoy them. Personally, I think some people on here are just jealous of you getting new stuff all the time. and some are just haters. Cheers Bro!

150w each at the most. Some real PA speakers and an old amp will out perform these easily. If you put them on a 3500w amp they will blow definitely.

I have these in my room & they just stopped working Bluetooth and radio & I did nothing it just stopped like it’s on mute or sum, I can hear the fan tho when I turn it up but no sound

I always appreciate the reviews and theres nothing wrong with this system for what it is but there's no way in hell I'd spend $900 on some novelty stereo when I can get a real integrated amp/receiver for $250- $400 and have around $500 left to buy a set of "real" speakers. (klipsh, wharfedale, dayton, cheap elacs, ect. ) there are so many more options for that amount of money that aren't a "play" set, that have proven quality components with a class A/By amp. I could even add the dj functions with a dj contoller fir another $100. there's actually nothing wrong with this setup for what it is except the price. I could blow this away (without the popping and distortion) with a $300 system, maybe even less. if u think this blows u away, hand me $250 and an Amazon app. or hit a few thrift stores. and BTW its a class D amp and the ratings are highly inflated. you won't get half of those watts before those speakers distort, and three thousand something watts 🤣. .. those speakers couldnt play an actual 150 watts before high distortion. and u can call me a hater but this is actual consumer knowledge I'm spreading, not hype.
I don't understand why people can't see that this is obviously NOT a home theater or some audiophile quality component system, it's a party/karaoke/dj system with rgb lights. This ain't meant for your living set up, it's meant for parties and having fun with the mic and effects. Nobody said this was some mind blowing system..
