    Wim hot breathing does exactly this minus the drug. The science of wim hof supports this claim and so does the wallet =)
    Also, foods with high levels of capsaicin (extra spicy) not only promote brown fat cell development, but it also has been linked to healthy immune systems.
    You're welcome!

    Being cold actives brown fat conversion!! Because brown fat is burned for heat

    • @TheHumbuckerboy
      @TheHumbuckerboy 5 років тому +12

      The irony being that when fatter people lose weight and become thin, the result is often that they cannot stand cold weather to anywhere near the same extent as they were able to do when they were fatter.

      @ Adityabir Singh Tur ... I'm certainly no authority but I'm guessing that the layer of fat would act as insulation and protection in cold weather conditions.

      White fat is very compact making it great insulation but from my understanding doesn't have the same ability to produce heat. White fats main job is to create energy storage for when there's no food about whereas brown fat is to produce heat which burns off much quicker.

    • @corthew
      @corthew 3 роки тому +5

      Random drug? Its his research and its not for weight loss. In this video he's discussing a side affect and suggesting that people don't really need "miracle" drugs if they just stop over endulging in our abundances. Suffer a bit of cold...Let yourself feel hungry from time to time...give your body a reason to hold some of that fat away from long term storage so you can burn it off.
      Watch a video before you claim its debunked. There was nothing here to debunk.

      Actually humans have always been experimented on. The government just doesn’t say anything. Anyway, I partly agree with both of y’all. We need more *known human studies. As for rats we can definitely determine some things because of them. Tho we really should be using guinea pigs since like us they can’t synthesize their own Vit C

      Scientist have also exposed that the line kegs that almost all lab mice in the US and Europe come from have a mutation that makes them not comparable to humans in many situations. They have long telomeres but short lives, meaning there cells replicate so much they are extremely cancer prone, unlike wild mice. This makes things that are toxic to humans beneficial to some of these mice because it slows the development of their cancers, and we are being misled to think some things cause excessive amounts of cancer because of these mice.
