- I’m taking you around Walt Disney World’s Pop Century Resort! This is such a fun Disney Value resort with oversized photo ops, three pools, and is on the Disney Skyliner shared with Art of Animation. I’m going to show every section of the resort. This is themed to the last 5 decades of the 20th century and each decade has its own section 50s, 60s,70s, 80s, and 90s. I'll show you the food and merchandise location Everything Pop, the arcade, and of course the room with all the new updates! Can you say Murphy Bed?

We love the 50s section with a view of the lake. Depending on room location we can often see the Epcot fireworks from a 50s lakeview room. The bowling pin pool is the best. Quiet and relaxing after a long day at the parks.

I'm going on my first ever Disney trip this upcoming May and we're staying in the Pop Century resort - this video was absolutely perfect. Thank you so much for this! The room tour is super helpful, a lot of videos I've seen don't show the room so I'm glad I was able to see how that looks beforehand so we know what to expect!

I love the 80’s! I have stayed at Pop many times. We love it there. I don’t know why the Outlet Sitch segment always makes me happy. 😁

There actually is some extra hanging space. The knob by the ironing board actually pulls out an extra rod. This was a great tour. We are headed to Pop Century in August and we are very excited!

The rooms aren’t so bad. Love all the pools and the fun theming! I also love that now the skyliner is there for easier access to the parks. -S

Really appreciate the quality of the room review here. I know there's plenty of dedicated disney vloggers but only a handful cover the detail to the level I'm seeking and in a structure I really enjoy watching. Appreciate a lot of that might be down to personal preference but well done for a great video.
Also, do you know if the outlets in the vanity area had a nighight built into them? The ones a French quarter did amd that was great when there with our young kids.
Yes the outlet is the same as French Quarter. It is an Eaton tamper-resistant Decorator style GFCI Outlet with Nightlight. And thank you so much 😊

First video of yours i see and i loved it! The best one showing Pop Century, a lot of good tips, amazing! I'm staying at it so far this year! I have a doubt, the facial soap and Shampoo u showed in the bathroom are for free?
Yes the facial soap and shampoo and all that are free but the shampoo, conditioner, and body wash are refillable so you can’t take that home. But the bar soap you can. At moderate resorts they also give you a free lotion that you can take home. And thanks!

I would definitely consider staying at this resort! This was great Demi. Nice job. My question is, when you booked your room did you book it online or did you talk to one of the Pop Century cast members that work in the lobby? I have some requests I would like to ask them if they can help me.
I booked everything online. If you have a special request there should be a spot for it, but I would definitely call just to be sure!

I'm staying here from November 15th to November 22nd, I asked to stay in the 70's section because of the closeness to the skyliner and the giant mickey phone

How long is the walk?
Quick question..if doing a resort hop can the refillable cups be used in the art of animation and pop century?
You know that is an excellent question. I don’t want to tell you the wrong answer so I would definitely reach out to Disney. I would assume yes, but definitely reach out.
I will stay there like my first time but definetely will not run around the lake like I didn´t have done the first time either but visiting Art of Animation for cool Video cuz missed the Cars Land so have to film and make nice Pics.
Cars section is over at Art of Animation but yeah definitely a long run around the water!
There’s only one towel?
Hello ! My husband and I are taking our grandson the weeks after Thanksgiving in November 2022. Our grandson will be 5 years old when we will be there. He is the type of child that wants to go slow and take his time. We used the Disney crowd tracker & the suggestions on that site of when the crowds are expected to be less, hoping the lines will be shortened as well. Fingers Crossed! We booked Pop Century, I've stayed there once as a chaperone to teenagers and we stayed in the 70's section, this resort was amazing (in my opinion). Can anyone help suggest a quieter section of the hotel, that is relatively close to the buses?

Can you take a bus to Epcot or just the sky liner?
Buses only come when the skyliner is down or they may run them infrequently. They kind of change this rule with Covid. I would definitely ask upon check in!
I don't think the dog tags are actually for dogs.... They're like ID dog tags for your stuff.
The other rooms are being refreshed. Most buildings are done if you wish to show a refreshed room. Arriving in 14 days. Ill report back!
