The “local” was yielding into the median after being passed on the right hand side by the primary pursuit unit. The median happened to be the path pf travel that the secondary pursuit unit was using. Secondary was lining up to pass the “local” on the right when the “local” turned back into the primary lane of travel, causing the secondary to again alter his path of travel. After a careful review we have determined that the party at fault is the suspect who fled from a lawful arrest in a stolen vehicle.
At 8:16 we see the secondary unit traveling in the median while pursuing the suspect vehicle. The primary unit approached the vehicle in question and overtook it from the right side while in pursuit at a high rate of speed. The primary unit lost traction after hitting the outside perimeter of the road, but corrected and continued pursuit. At the point the vehicle in question began pulling into the median which the secondary unit was pursuing along. We can see by slowing down the video that the secondary unit reduces speed, and appears to prepare to overtake the vehicle in question off of the right side in the primary traffic lane. The vehicle in question then pulls away from the median and back into the primary traffic lane, which causes the secondary unit to again turn back into the median to avoid a direct collision. The result is that the secondary unit clipped the vehicle in question on the left rear bumper with the secondary unit’s front right push bar. It is reasonable for the secondary unit to perceive that the vehicle in question pulled in front of him, as it veered from pulling into the median to the primary lane of traffic. After a review of the evidence, we have determined that the fault lies with the suspect vehicle who chose to flee from a lawful arrest and endanger the public at large. The officers in pursuit, and the operator of the struck vehicle, all were acting as reasonably as possible in an unreasonable situation. We find no fault with either party involved in the collision.

As a real life police officer, I try to run license plates before I stop them... seeing as you have LPR's they may or may not have hit on the stolen vehicle (depending if had been reported stolen yet) If you become aware that the vehicle is stolen before the stop, call in (confirm its stolen) request additional units before attempting to stop the vehicle. If you already stop the vehicle and learn its stolen, don't approach it... wait for back up to arrive THEN conduct a felony stop. Standing behind the drivers door.. offers almost zero protection.. the proper place for ALL officers to stand is a few feet behind their patrol car were everyone has a good view of both side of suspects vehicle. Ive been a cop for a long time, been in hundreds of pursuits. Ive only had 1 stolen vehicle stop.. it was a family who purchased a stolen vehicle online and wasn't aware it was stolen.

With the miranda rights now enforced the subject IS ALLOWED to stop answering questions at anytime. as it says: " You have THE RIGHT to STOP answering them at ANYTIME." I'm glad that he stated the reason for the stop Since in California it is Against the law for the officer to ask you if you know why you're being stopped, as it is a form of entrapment in California. (I know this is Fictional San Andreas but it is basically like California). Also, the callouts, how are other officers supposed to know where you are if your not keeping up with callouts so other officers can track you and/or get involved with said pursuit. have a good night.
Amazing video as always!! Also by the way, in real life the EcoBoost Ford Explorer is faster both top speed and acceleration than the Charger. This is something that pretty much every server gets wrong :(
Not every Explorer uses the suped up ecoboost CHP's do sometimes, but most are not equipped like that. CHP chargers typically rock the 5.7 hemi, a 10 speed automatic, and AWD, and are quite a bit faster than the Explorers, but there are a decent amount of the V6 AWD models as well. It just depends really.

This is not me being rude or anything but just wanna explain the whole pepper spray thing. While he may not of been resisting the officers in anyway, pepper spray can be used on individuals when going for an arrest or detain, this neutralizes the suspects vision, lessening the chance of injuries for officers. Can't see can't fight. Just because someone surrenders initially doesn't mean anything when they're willing to risk their own lives and the lives of others going excess of 130 at one point in the video. I get this is a game but its true for irl aswell, its called the 1-plus rule; officers, under normal circumstances, are allowed to use one level of force above the amount of force used by the suspect/attacker/adversary.

You are essentially saying that officers can pepper spray suspects that are surrendering, which is an extreme violation of the 4th Amednment

So yes +1 is involved, theirs a reason it's called pain compliance.

The traffic stop at the start with the sports vehicle that came back stolen should have been a felony stop. A cop would not have approached the vehicle. They would have called for additional units to respond and then would have opened unit door, draw their firearm, shouted commands to the driver on how to properly exit the vehicle. I’ve noticed in many of your videos that your server does not use the common DoJRP Status (10) Codes. May I ask where you base your codes from?
We use the real life codes and policies from the agencies the server is based off of. Which all reside within the county of San Diego

The traffic stop at the start with the sports vehicle that came back stolen should have been a felony stop. A cop would not have approached the vehicle. They would have called for additional units to respond and then would have opened unit door, draw their firearm, shouted commands to the driver on how to properly exit the vehicle. After he is cuffed, then it’s time to talk.

I know old video, so ya'll may have updated this already. But that Coquette seemed like it was still running base GTA handling lines. Looked like any time he was back on flat ground it backed off down to 120mph, which is about where all the vanilla cars sit if you don't tune them. With the TOS changes coming, ya'll should consider re-tuning local cars for a little more spice in your chases! Video was dope tho!

I don't understand how someone has the time to script a whole real-life scenario on a video game. Do you guys write scripts? The whole experience looks like a very steep learning curve, from learning police codes to learning in game commands.
It’s not scripted. You just learn overtime how to play the game. We train our members on law enforcement tactics.
It's when you stop the poursuit when you crashed your vehicule with pnj than i understand it's the best rp i've seen
