- Well, tonight I want to show you all how to move. Because if you move from one state where you are into any state in this world, that state is waiting for occupancy. And the great fallacy of the world is perpetual construction and deferred occupancy. I don’t occupy it. If I would only occupy the state I have constructed in my mind’s eye-wouldn’t it be wonderful to be and name it in my mind’s eye...
That’s exactly what Blake told me. He said, “Let yourself go, Nev, fall backwards, just fall backwards and you will see what I have told you, the infinite man, one man, and you will see it contains the whole vast world of humanity. Now, let yourself fall.” I turned backwards and fell, as though I’m taking a deep dive as I have done from a high-diving board, backwards. This time I am falling through interstellar space. I’m not just diving into a pool, I am falling backwards into interstellar space, and when I came to a rest and looked, here is a heavenly being in the distance, one man. Then on approaching him the heart was aflame like a ruby blazing. I came closer and closer, and here it isn’t…it simply contains all humanity, all the nations, all races, every being in the world contained in the heart of one man. But I fell backwards....
So tonight learn how to move. Move from one state into another state. And it takes no time, just the willingness to let go completely. You cannot serve two masters; you either believe me or you don’t. He who is with me then he is not against me. He said, you are either with me or against me. And so burn your bridges and completely abandon yourself to a state. It seems mad, doesn’t it? Sleep this night as though you were exactly the person you want to be.

Keep meditating when it’s done there’s no sound at the end of the meditation you can keep on meditating you don’t need the meditation to keep going to go into the silence even more

Imagine what it feels like to have all the hearts and minds of all humanity. Imagine what it would be to have the hearts and minds of all the cosmos. Seeing all the string effects of all consciousness. Imagine what it feels like to get tangled up in it like a net. Put it this way. Would you want to change it? Or would you let it be? I understand it very well. Would anyone want to become an introvert through that experience? If you had that experience what would you do? Just a question. Would you be occupied with working on creating a world of love and synchronicity to create complete harmony for all kinds. Has anyone ever asked these questions? It would be a mission if a light worker connected directly to God within and outside of you. To know the hearts and minds of all mankind. Thank you Brian.

Anyone experience familiarity in dreams, like you’ve gone back to the same places, there’s a place we’ve come from and likely return to, it’s so hard to explain; but I recall as a child this sense of returning to this place a familiarity. Like the dream world you can tangibly recognize geography roads but they don’t exist in this dimension.

Can I just say I literally fell while listening to this lecture. I actually fell at 11:11 too. I shouted 11:11, then slipped on some ice. I fell backwards. I literally fell while listening to this and at 11:11. I’m in shock.

Dr Dispenza’s part of the meditation of feeling the space around your back is a sensation I found of most interest, that focus gives the sensation of going backwards into forever, as if you can see behind you and you can feel the motion.
The exercise itself is merely playing with energy to disentangle the conscious mind from the confined body consciousness. Though, I wonder if this can help for the meditation you are intending creating?

I have a pretty cool meditation for you. How to become 100% light body
Ok let’s hear it
It's something I've done. It's an experience you will never forget. Has to do with air earth water fire in that order. I'm doing it very brief. You I know can figure it out. Clear your mind. Breath, follow the air. Next feel the way the air caresses your skin. Feel the bottom of your feet the cracks in the skin. Your toe nails the lines in them the way the skin goes over on the sides feel how the nail fits in the toes one at a time and keeping aware of all the sensations. Feel every follicle of hair on toes. You are working through your seven layers of flesh or earth. Next feel the blood going through your veins feel how it corses through your body. This is when you start feeling your heart and all the organs it supplies this is water. When all the connections are made you will see 100% of your brain light up. You will see all the connections under the soft spot of the head. Then you have full energy of the light body. You will turn into a white ball of energy and leave the crown chakra. You will go through the color of the chakras to what I call the waiting place. Death reincarnation are on one side birth and rebirth are on the other. In front of you is family. There will be angels there to guide you the rest of the way. You should be guided to the eternal flame. And see before time was. You will witness creation itself. You will never be the same if you do it right. I've done it already many times. I feel like I am there and here at the same time. It's outside of space and time looking into all the dust we call our universe. That was my experience with I am. I asked where I was going when I first arrived. The answer I got. This is a quote now. We are going to the center of all things where all things began. My experience and the path that got me there. The four horsemen in revelation death reincarnation birth and rebirth. Read revelation and you will realize it's this meditation. Cracks in skin are like the desert every follicle of hair is sensory like eyes. You too have all eyes about you. Remember what they say. God can count every hair on your head. It's been in our face a long long time. You see the veil starts at the back of the head at the soft or 8th chakra. When you lift the veil it is a ball of light. 9th chakra.
