We as South African LEGO Fans really need more recognition. We are really not getting the exposure to show to the world that we can also build amazing sets and can create LEGO UA-cam Channels :)
I don’t collect LEGOs but I do collect Department 56, and this is basically a Department 56 village in LEGO form, I’m amazed at all the detail and individual scenes!!
This is a beautiful & impressive display! I'm not a fan of the holiday season myself, but I do have some of these sets on display year round. I've got the Gingerbread house & people being attacked by Cookie Monster & I've got Santa & his reindeer ready to take off. Beside Santa is Krampus, who is whipping a scared naughty child. I have a Zombie Santa being unmasked by the Scooby gang. I've got Kyle (South Park) trying to catch Mr. Hankey before he makes a terrible mess all over the bathroom. I've got Doc & Marty (Back To The Future) crashing the Delorean into the manger as the baby Jesus is being born.
At this size, one of the most delightful builds I've seen!! Keep in mind, South Africans don't have a White Christmas, which makes this even better!! Edit: Initial comment was after first impression... so glad they did mention the South African Christmas thing, haha!
I love trains, I love Legos, I love Christmas setups, so this is absolutely amazing!

What a awesome MOC. Great work Vanessa.
Reeeeaaaally love this diorama. The backdrop really immerses the viewer and her attention to detail is extraordinary!

It's 'only' Legos but such excellent story telling and artistry...
Wow that was awesome. Such an eye for detail. There has to be at least 100 Minifigures on there.
I've seen a few brickfair videos here and there but this is the first time I saw a woman presenting her MOC, absolutely amazing village Vanessa!!
What a lovely Christmas layout, too sad the train is not moving, but nice track with the tramp
Wow that is amazing build ! love the depth in it, learning everytime something new what you can do with lego

So freaking cool!
COOL VIDEO BRO!
Cool👍👍
I don’t even need power functions for that tram. I can just use a 9 volt motor
how does that tram work??
