Sounds like you’re doing well with the new store! I think it’s a great idea. My goal is to whittle my inventory down and basically just sell gold stuff. There is good demand and the golfing community seems pretty reliable as far as buying at a decent price for us resellers! Way to go Evan!
Just want to throw this out there. I think the best way to get repeat customers is when you sell locally, meet people at sales, network, etc. After you have that great face to face discussion then hand them a business card with perhaps a "friends and family" discount code. If you don't often socialize I highly recommend digital coupons. Don't use $ printing. There is a very very low rate of coupon usage when they are mailed or tossed into a package and it is easily a money-sink as most people just throw them away.
Great video! I just watched another UA-camr who niched down into selling just shoes, which made me think about opening a second Ebay store (since I like selling a bit of everything) with only one type of item that I love to source and list... then your video popped up! I love that you've been growing your second store and that it's going well so far. I might try this too- though I'm not sure what category I'd like to do yet. Thanks for posting :)
I would say just make sure it's something you love. You'll more than likely have more knowledge about that niche than most and you won't get bored too easily when you're listing. Good luck!
Great idea for the niche store! I've thought of trying something similar (not golf) so I'm curious to see your success. Please post a link to the new eBay store :) Thanks for another entertaining video!
I think it's a great idea , this will also help expand your knowledge and eventually become a true expert. This will help build a golf customer base and trust. I think specializing allows you to stay focused and grow in one category a lot faster. I'm happy for you, good luck.
Great video Evan. Some nice finds, you always find the coolest golf stuff. If that Mooseter was my size I'd take it, so cool. The golf store is a nice idea, hope it goes well for you. I don't have enough items of the same thing to attempt that, but I think if the everyday running of 2 stores doesn't overwhelm you then GO FOR IT.
The best thing that I've found out for two stores is Pirate Ship. It will actually pull from both stores and put all of your sold items in one place. Thanks, Ron!
Great idea. Perhaps if you build a following on specific brands, just niching down a bit more, but then again it’s all about what you can source consistently.
I think this is a great idea. I have been thinking about doing something similar with comics and pop culture items. I believe having a separate store for those items would help them get more attention. It's definitely worth a try, and I hope it works for you!
You should give it a shot if you have a bunch of that stuff. I love selling pop culture items but I don't find much of it around here. At least not anything good. Let us know if you give it a try!😁
That's a great idea! I wonder if you could send a one time use coupon on golf-related items valid at either store and send to your current golf customers from your regular eBay store. That would be a way to make them aware of your new store and reward them for being a potential repeat customer. Just a thought. Love your videos! You have a knack for content and editing. 😊
Great ideas!! eBay needs to have a rewards program, or let us as sellers have one for loyal customers. I guess the coupon thing could work in a way, but the customer may not have it in their budget at the time we send a coupon. Now you have me thinking...it's entirely too late for that. I'll ponder some more tomorrow morning AFTER coffee! Kathleen Or, maybe gift cards for our stores only, that would be cool. I can't sleep....there is a way to work that out...like after a large purchase send them a message with a code for them to use anytime for say $10.00 off any purchase over $50 or maybe include it in the package with a link to your store...
If you’re starting out how would you keep getting new inventory as you go. For instance I only have 2 thrift stores near me and I couldn’t imagine always going to the same place to try and get new things. What would be your recommendation. Awesome content btw thank you
Estate sales, garage sales, auctions(online and in-person), flea markets, and actually do try going to the same thrift stores a few times a week. Most put out new inventory every day. Thanks for watching!

You're exactly right. I rarely have any customer issues with golfers.

Great idea, especially since you're enjoying it. I'm not a golfer, but good luck with it! Looking forward to hearing how it works out.
Thanks! I'll definitely keep doing updates

Right on bro! Always rooting for you!
Thank, Brother!
I think that is a great idea! Also, great idea for the coupon to have repeat customers. Good luck and keep us updated
Thank you! Will do!

My sourcing has been all over the place recently. I never know what I'll find. I like the idea though!😁
That's awesome news. I am going to pass along the info to a few friends who are starting to golf.
I appreciate that!
Excellente !!!!! Great Idea!!! Best Wishes for Super Success!! Outstanding!!!! 🤗❤️👍🙋🏻♀️

Thank you so much 😀
Nice pick ups, man. Especially that Orbiter! Good luck with Nostalgic Nines!
Thanks man!
Congratulations that’s awesome!! 🎉
Thank you so much 😀
I love PhotoRoom!! ❤
It's kind of addictive 😁
@@flippymcflippersonYa. It's really elevated my sales. I have lighting issues when I take pictures, so it really makes my pics look so much better. 👍😉
best of luck with the new store ☘️
Appreciate you!

Love that idea! I'll see if I can whip something up. Thanks 😁
I think it’s a great idea! Niche stores usually do well.
Thank you!
Obviously you know golf! List what you enjoy.
Listing what you enjoy certainly makes "working" easier😁
Great idea!
Glad you think so!
In my Chicagoland area, most decent golf polo shirts are @$6.99-9.99+, so when I see the Peter Millar shirts , I now have to pass with those comps. ⛳️
Yeah, that's a little high. Certain courses like Augusta National and Troubadour may be worth picking up though. Good luck out there!
Good to see that you’ve started adding shipping now. When did you change that?
A few years ago.
Bummed to see that Innova disc golf shirt isn’t in your store! I love it!
I'll see if I can find it. It may have been donated.
@@flippymcflipperson ok! I’m a buyer! :) I can’t golf but I can disc golf 😉
Nice find. You got a couple bolo’s! That oreck should sell fast
It just sold😁. Thanks man!

Such great ideas! I feel like after you have that coffee you can solve all the world's problems 😁
What you could do with the mistake polos is put all same sizes in a lot once you get enough. They will sell if you price it right.
Not a bad idea at all. I'll give it a shot!
You’ll get the repeat buyers just need to stay patient but I do like the idea of
Appreciate that. I also need to get busy listing more too.😁
@@flippymcflipperson ha ya they would help :)
Great video! New subscriber. Thank you for the great content!
Awesome, thank you!
Evan do you have a trick for finding out the golf course logos? I can never ever seem to find out what a logo is when Im looking up a polo.
I wish I did. Google lens isnt much help. Sometimes if I describe it in Google Images I'll get good results.
When you're selling iron sets do you list the club lengths?
If they are not standard I at least put the length of the 3,7, and 9 irons.
Awesome!
Thanks!

Do you have a link to your ebay store on your UA-cam channel? See other listing inlcuding whatnot...but not ebay?
www.ebay.com/usr/nostalgicninesco
I got enough of my own crap in my house, I don't want all this goodwill s**t in there to try and sell on feebay.
🎉🎉
Thank you!
THOUGHT U WAS GONNA SAY BRICK N MORTOR STORE
Never! I'm too lazy 🤣
I can’t find the new store.

Does it all tie back to same tax info?
Fingers crossed I have everything set up correctly 😁
Congratulations!!

How do I find your eBay store?
I’m looking for your original store.😊
I found you!
