Jennifer Lopez, Keith Urban and Harry Connick, Jr. were all in the studio to tell Ellen their thoughts on the hit show they happen to be the judges for.
This panel and this overall season so far has made me fall in love with idol again. All three of them are so down to earth, its refreshing. I don't know how anyone can hate Jennifer Lopez. They really know how to pick them. Such great talent so far. I'm excited for the rest of the season.

I think Keith's haircut looks great, Keith is an amazing singer! I can't wait to see him in concert on August 24th! My Husband and I got tickets, the concert is on our 1 year Wedding Anniversary! :) Harry Connick Jr. is so hilarious and is an amazing musician! And Jennifer Lopez is an awesome actress and seems very down to Earth! I don't know much of her music though but she sang great in the movie Selena! I love the Judges! I think they made very good choices :)
LOVE Harry! He's so down to earth. The first time I saw him in anything was "Memphis Belle" Great cast of judges! My wife and I didn't watch one show last year because of the judges. These three rock it!
I'm glad they changed the panel up. Don't get me wrong, I'm a big fan of Mariah, and I don't mind Nicki because they're both great at what they do, but they're not the best choices of judges to be on idol.
I never been a AI super fan, but I'm excited to see J.Lo back and I actually curious to see Harry Connick, Jr. judge. He's funny so I'm expecting him to make me laugh.
Aw, that's gotta be embarrassing, or maybe considered rude. Ellen compliments Jennifer and Harry... but all Keith got was nice hair cut. In the very beginning. :( But I do agree, this is the best panel of judges since the whole show started. And now they finally have a great panel, they are cancelling the show after the 15th season. Which is kind of good, the show and the competition needs to retire.

I miss these guys. I don't like the current judges so much. Tons of respect for Lionel, but they don't have the fun chemistry that JLo, Keith, and Harry had.
I like this panel! Im just happy Nicki Minaj is gone!!!! She was the most annoying judge ever. I wish Mariah would've stayed, though. I will miss seeing her on TV each week.
And that's how people learn to get better. If all the contestants just got compliments all the time they'd get big heads and never learn anything. There's always room to get better. Harry knows what he's doing. You appreciate the positive and learn from the negative. After all, every superstar, anyone who's ever made it really big, didn't get there by getting compliments and being told how great they are, they got there by learning from constructive criticism.

Harry finds fault with everything, literally; he can not just give a compliment without a negative comment. Really hope he doesn't return!
