"Only a few short months ago, my dad Richard and I recorded this single 'Like Father, Like Son'. Dad was set to head to Ireland for the Nashville songbook tour last March and we were looking forward to performing across the country.
It saddens me deeply to say that he passed away this morning (2nd Jan 2021) back in Louisiana.
We had a crooked road at times in our lives but we hit a straight stretch in the last number of years (for which I’ll be eternally grateful for). I will miss his humour, his larger than life character, his rich Louisiana accent... I guess I’ll just miss him!

Robert, I love this. I am actually emotional when writing this comment. Your dad had an amazing voice, at least now we know where you got yours. This song is one of my favourite songs to date and always will be.
