- Today in Zeepkist we build 3 bobsled tracks in 1 minute, 5 minutes and 10 minutes! How will these tracks do in public lobbies with my friends?

make 1,5,10 minute tracks but 1,5,10 actually stands for tracks finish time so first track takes 1 minute to finish second takes 5 etc.
Might take a great deal of trial and error as it means perfecting the run until they’re reasonably certain the finish times won’t be much better than, say, one minute
from what I have seen 2min tracks are already considered long, so I don't know if you really want to make a 10min run
the max lobby time seems to be 12min, if you crash you're essentally out

Maybe 10 sec track for 1 min, 50 sec track for 5min, and 100sec for 10 min because no one’s gonna be able to finish a 10min track
Bobsled cars would be cool, instead of normal steering they steer by braking one sided.
Would add another level of optimizing your line since you want to steer (brake) as few as possible

I know it's probably because of schedulling and editing, but I was expecting the "half and half" track in sync with Kosmo's video. Not complaining though, Zeepkist is always a fun video.

He should adjust the lobby times based on the track. the short 1 minute track should be shorter since players will still get lots of runs in even if it was just 3 minutes. Or even 2.5 minutes. And then the 10 minute track where people are going to want to try to find the opti9mal lines, they could use the extra couple minutes. Should try to give approximately the same number of chances, based on the valdiation time. so, like 7-8 x the validation time.

Idea: make a three-in-one track with one guy doing the track, one guy doing the scenery and one guy doing the validation run
The track (route) guy can focus on making an absolute banger of a route without thinking abt anything else, the scenery guy can focus on making the thing look beautiful and the validation run guy... well... takes as much time as he needs to make the author medal fast af
The time in the third track is easily won at the speed check. You're basically crawling at that point, so if you can keep more speed there, you'll easily save several seconds compared to the others here.

If i had this game.. kan's 1 minute track would still take me 30+ min and it'd still look like garbage
Watching this 1 year later, and now the game has the off-road wheels and much more.
Yo you should do an episode with maki where they teach you guys all the basics and metas

Love your bobsleigh tracks, please make the Winter Olympics tracks to scale
in the last turn of the 10 min track, rolling up into the ceiling might be the best way to do it
20:18 I know what that is like. I would go to bed after giving up on some integrals, and when I would wake up and start again I would get it right away because my sleep was absolutely full of calculus.
Make another 1 5 10 with no checkpoints, but design it like a normal track. There might be shortcuts. Photo mode is up to you. Disable it to keep them suspicious. That way pros can get shortcuts if they exist, or not.

Actually on bobsleds the front skis do steer and also they have brakes
make 1,5,10 (whatever times) but each one starts with the last map and you can't move anything (except the finish). so when starting the second one its with the first map and just add onto them.
This is kind of a dumb idea, but you could try building tracks that take 1, 5, and 10 minutes to complete.

How about recreating real bobsled tracks? Like Altenberg, Winterberg, Königsee, Lake Placid, Calgary etc?

Do the old themes and compare your old and new tracks

Yep. Sleep calculus is real. I've done things I can't redo once I'm awake. Took the division of two exponential distributions and solved the resulting distribution once. I can't do that in real life. I haven't even taken stats before. Didn't stop me in my sleep.
