Flaco is a sad story. Institutionalized...and just couldn't get out of prison even after being out for so long. I had hoped he broke that swinging prison door that just sucks offenders back in. It's obvious he was under the umbrella of some kind of addiction....and him lying to the youtube audience when everyone could see it..made it worse.
