I preordered this product and received it about a week ago. I was looking forward to it, so I was disappointed when I received them: 1. The sound is not good. 😒 2. They only come with the fitted pair of ear tips. There are no extra-sized tips! 😤 That is in South Africa and the local Samsung support confirmed! 😳 3. I can't get a good fit. 😫 4. They do not feel secure and feel as if they may fall out of my ears at any moment. 😱 They are definitely not suitable for use when you are at the gym or going for a run! I am very disappointed! 😡 The Buds2 Pro are far better! 👍 My opinion .. don't buy or upgrade!
Sorry it didn't work out for you. They fit me very well and I've enjoyed using them over my bus 2 pro (which I still use for other applications). The things I love are: 1) Better ANC 2) Better sound quality, especially bass 3) Better mic pick up At full price of over $200, I think the Sony XM4 or XM5 are better, but I paid less than $100 trading in my old buds live so it works for me.
I pre-ordered them on the 2nd day. Wasn't sure about upgrade but for an extra $60 or whatever by trading in my old buds live, it's a good chance got try something new.

Yep. It's cheap enough to protect the original from scratches and I've already dropped the buds case a few times. 😂
The spingen case is actually more rugged and more protective.

How did you get them? I ordered mine mid July and I'm told they won't be delivered until September!
I'd recommend to go to your local Walmart, I went to one and they had the 3 pros, I pre ordered mine on July 10th and got them on July 25th
