Thank you. It's not everyday you take your car on a small boat to go in to town. But we had to take him (he goes under the name of Filip according to the previous owner) to the repair shop to change the exhaust system.
Hi Vendel! Thank you very much for the new video! It's so calming! I like watching such beautiful moments of life very much, thanks for sharing! With kind regards, Anna
It was a very nice morning when we left the island in mid august. When we returned two weeks later the autumn had started. Much cooler and more clowdes as you can see. But you are right, it's small moments like this that makes life worth living.
Thumbs up on a really cool video! I wish you showed it getting off the boat! Too bad we do not have the five door classic 900 here in the USA. Your Saab looks great!
Unfortunatly the part where we get of the boat was not good enough. I miss that also. It's difficult to go back and film that part again. Thank you for your comment.
@@vendelflorin It's a real peach of a car, I love the old Saabs, I have 3, I also own a silver 1996 9000 Aero and a an embassy blue 1990 900 T16s Aero, all are manual transmissions. The 1990 900 & the 9000 need some work but drive great, I am looking forward to restoring them. Sweden is beautiful and where you live on the island is very special! Blessings from UK and thank you Sweden for Saab & Volvo, extremely clever cars, I think it must say something good about Swedish people.
@@Semi0ffGrid7 You are a blessed person having three SAABs. Yes, they are nice but starts getting old so need a little more maintenance. I have to change the generator on my car but hesitate to do that in the middle of the winter having the car outdoors. I have to wait for a little warmer weather I think.
@@vendelflorin Thank you, I do feel blessed! I think the maintenance is worth it though and far less hassle than modern cars which cost a fortune when they go wrong and there is just something thrilling about driving old vintage cars.
A beautiful car and Sweden looks amazing!

you have one of the rarer five door 900s. That's great. Lots of room in those.
Compliments on your beautiful Saab and the relaxing video, it gives a nice little insight into life there. Greetings from The Netherlands

@@vendelflorin Great 👍
Thankyou for the relaxing video. Beautiful surroundings and Saab. Makes me realise how sad and pathetic my life is.
You need to buy an old SAAB to be happy again :-)
I was going to say the exact same thing. Go find a good 900. They’re around for sure.
❤ Здравствуйте! Великолепный автомобиль! Спасибо за новое видео!
It's from 1987. Only 126000 kilometers and well maintained. Always in a garage. Lives a slow life here on the island.

I also have a 4 door model version Saab 900 with the boot or as the Americans say, trunk. It is a 1981 model. Very nice cars!
@@Semi0ffGrid7 Mine is what we call a five door model from 1987. This is the first year after the facelift. SAAB are nice cars.

Where is this? My old girlfriend is from Kalmar
@@JS-yj7ow This is an island outside Stockholm. The trip is to a workshop in Södermalm Stockholm city center.
is the automatic gearbox fine at highway speeds? how high is the RPM? 3000 ?
It's high and it makes a lot of noice in high speeds. But in low speed, and I live on a small island, it's very comfortable to drive with.
@@vendelflorin i see , you have 2.1 liter or 2.0 liter engine
@@NADworker I have a 2.0
