Has anyone heard any news on whether they will continue to pursue ulotaront as a treatment for schizophrenia? It failed phase 3 clinical trials. We need more options for treating schizophrenia.

Well I have severe memory problems because of this issue. I mean I can think of a word and then three seconds later not be able to think of a word again in the past. My short-term memory is abysmal. Listen to the FDA did not believe in prevage . I have tried everything for my short-term memory except this product at the time. Because of the FDA's conclusions. But then the FDA decided to ban nac and attempt to make it a pharmaceutical drug. I need nac or my negative symptoms. So I decided to try 40 mg prevage . Within a couple of days this or did you notice my short-term memory was getting much better after five days a definite change for the better. Thought maybe this is a placebo effect. But I have tried hundreds of different supplements to improve my memory the vast majority of them do not work. My memory has gotten much better. Then I tried a fat-soluble vitamin B from Japan sulbutiamine you have to take it with fish oil and a little bit of olive oil extra-virgin because it is fat-soluble. It take it five days on two days off. My memory has improved drastically. As a set of above I could think of something three seconds ago and not remember what the word was. I've gotten used to my new mind I still have to take my drug. Like I said I've gotten used to my new mind I don't really think about how bad it used to be this used to it now remembering things I've adjusted to it. It's my new reality. I apologize for the poor quality my writing I'm in a literate. I've tried probably 500 supplements over my 32 years of experimentation. Do not take olive oil that is contaminated with cottonseed oil Rot your brain. Best Buy Cosco Kirkland brand olive oil. They check every batch.I'm really sorry about the quality of my writing hopefully you might be able to help other people with the above information.

When I tried sublutamine it made my mind really clear but it would wear off fast though.

Are TAAR1 receptor cites present in the olfactory system? I found this video while looking for information on olfactory receptors, of which there are several TAAR receptor types. i don't have any information on TAAR1 in the olfactory system unfortunately :/

TAAR1 has no role in olfaction. other TAAR subtypes are expressed in olfactory epithelium.

Looks like this didn’t work! What a stunning upset! I’ve been studying this drug for a couple of years in hopes it would tackle anhedonia in the MDD population of people. Apparently as of yesterday it didn’t do well over placebo at all. I don’t know what Otsaka is going to do now that they’ve spent half a billion dollars on it. It’s actually pretty infuriating as this seemed like a deeply complex multi faceted drug that targeted the gut microbia
