Interesting. The gym I go to has one of these on order. Also have the Gymleco pendulum which is smooth as butter, love it. In fact all the Gymleco pieces our gym has are really really good - low row, standing leg curl, belt squat, even the lying leg curl feels great though the stack is a little light and can't be pinned.
I wish there was a way I could do a hip press at home or with a cable machine. I really don't want a gym membership just to use a hip press ocassionally. It is probablythe one machine I like other than cable machine.
@@thomaspham-qf4ry I’d choose the Gymleco personally also you don’t need too much weight on this compared to the squat press. 4 plates a side on the Gymleco is bloody heavy!
Si i noticed u looking your knees out its dangerous on this machine u will pop ur knee cap.. also u grind ur knees and will suffer pain due to arthritis overall ur teq is good .but try not to lock knees on low weight u won't feel it much heavy weight u pop Ur knee. But love bro
@helpisontheway9405 ha I like that analogy I don’t train too heavy these days especially on legs and I’ve probably only used this leg press 5 times since I brought it.
Has anyone else tried this hip press from Gymleco? Let me know in the comments your thoughts!
Good for anyone that has back problems and can't do full length squat

Yea I’m going to replace our Watson Pendulum squat with the Gymleco one. Not tried the lying leg curl I’d be intrigued to try it out
@@SimonFanwhy replace? Do you have the older or newer Watson pendulum
@@Subliminal.-. it’s probably 8 years old now so the older one I guess. I just preferred the Gymleco one

Is it a big machine if I buy it for my garage ?
It’s pretty small and would fit in a garage quite easily
@@SimonFan if you had to pick this machine and cybex squat press which machine would you pick someone is selling cybex squat press in my area
@@SimonFan do you like the hip press more or a regular leg press thoughts ?

@@thomaspham-qf4ry good question I’ve been using this as it’s a new machine but the regular 45 degree leg press is still king!
How would you compare this to the original one by Rodger’s?
I’ve not tried that one to be honest only the Hammer one which is decent
Do your shorter members feel it's suitable for them? Thanks
We have a spare extra seat pad which soles this problem
is this for ppl with hip issues?doesn't the squat do the same thing?

Thank you but my I’ve done it this way all my life and never had any issues with my knees.
