I had this same one and none of the holes line up unfortunately (Talking about the plate ones not the 3 for the mount itself). I think I got a defective one unfortunately.

So, what exactly does the backrest do?
Nothing currently other than a place for my helmet. I’ll be getting a new seat at some point for a passenger.
Does the built-in light in the tail light still shine enough light on your plate to get by with the Popo?
It should. I haven’t been pulled over yet.
