Thanks for asking real questions!! ❤️❤️ EDIT: To clarify, my experience with seizures began later in life, but other symptoms mentioned did occur earlier. In an effort to get out my answer succinctly, I combined chapters of my life. Typically you don’t have more than 5 seconds on the carpet. 😅

I’m really stoked for you! Thank you for speaking up for the masses and shining a light on mental health. I’m sorry you had to endure some tough times but I’m so happy you’re doing well and kicking ass! People forget that we’re human beings that process emotions and situations completely different than the next. Life is about connecting but somehow we’re disconnected from what’s really important.

Alyson, I barely know you except from watching your adorable performances with my children - but looking at this interview I cannot even FINISH it before typing this note (hopefully to YOU). I see such inner beauty, inner strength, conviction and passion. Wow - you are truly stunning in every way. I hate, hate hate hearing these stories of what young celebrities go through and I don't even want to look up what the heck you've been through, but you are a SHINING example of the good that people can BE and DO, coming from that environment. God bless you! Keep up the incredible work. I'm 56, but I feel like I can learn from your example! Great job

Ana P I love Instagram but i follow vegan food bloggers and fitness/ health bloggers so I don’t really get into too much drama there. Like Pinterest I get a lot of good ideas for recipes and there’s lots of talk of self love and respect. So I guess it just depends on what you decide to follow. Like the beauty community, woof... that can be a rabbit hole of hatred
