thank you for sharing the one of a kind house design. I like the arrangement between the living area and dining/kitchen, the traffic flow is very important in any small house design. the attic adds more space in the house plus the porch.

love this design! it's got everything i want: a ground floor bedroom, a porch, large windows, a backdoor, an attic can sleep 4, and even a space for a home office! maybe I'd just extend the living a bit so there's more room for the dining area, but otherwise great design as always!

Very nice!❤ Maybe cut the attic shelf space to half vertically, move the closet over to the right as well and turn that space between the closet and the window into a toilet room. Perfect!

You don't have to have so many windows; you could leave a few out and save money. The houses were designed for the tropics I think.
