I think Debra, should of told Raymond to just go, and she will catch up later, and get a ride from Robert. But, this is a comedy show, with crazy people. Lol Robert is my favorite. His faces, and groans when he's nervous, are too funny. 😂
For my husband & I, it would have been the complete opposite. I would have been waiting a long time for my husband to be on time for anything, except our wedding 😊 & his death 😢. Robert & Debra should have been together. They get along better.
My husband did that ONCE! Left me to get myself and two toddlers ready while he sat in the car. Meanwhile I changed into comfortable clothes, changed the kids. He came in and I said don’t you ever do that again. You’re going by yourself and you can tell everyone why you’re alone.
"Three minutes to spare." What an a-hole. Normally I give Debra credit for staying with a deadbeat husband such as Ray, but in that episode, she was definitely in the wrong.
@@linshanhsiang yeah that's called a free ride. Quit glorifying being a mother. Wanting glorified or recognition for doing what your supposed to do is pathetic. Whoopdie fking do. You raised a kid. You did what you were supposed to do whilst nro having to actually hold a job. What... You want a cookie? Fking ridiculous.
I do love Ray but damn he can be an ass. I wonder who the character is based on cause you know there's a real one, maybe based on a writers' friend or relative ?! 😅😅
@empathyedits8809 Depends how it would be written; if they were cheating - and either Ray or Amy were nearly approaching, they could be all fumbly about readjusting their selves lol (Rob throwing Deb off of him and she rolls of the couch or something lol).
Regardless of right and wrong, publicly undermining your spouse the way Ray and Debra routinely do is awful. Ray undermining Debra in favor of his mother, and Debra undermining Ray in favor of Robert. It’s just not proper
Regarding Ray leaving her- You should have the Most patience with the people that love you. And we have the least bit of patience for loved ones. Btw, Ray's an ass.
Show literally called EVERYBODY LOVES RAYMOND.... People in the comments section:" i hate ray, what an a-hole. " How could somebody hate or not like raymond. Hes a likeable guy. Yes he is a bit inconsiderate and clueless at times but hes a good guy with a good heart.
He was a good person, I agree. All of his problems came from being a mama's boy! His dad worked and his mom took care of everything. He was brought up that way so calling him a deadbeat wasn't correct. He worked and earned great money to support his family. Debra, in the other hand, was terrible at cooking and cleaning, not to mention vain.
I thank my lucky stars that I dont have to talk to, let alone marry anyone in this judgemental comment section. If you dont have a big heart and you cant be indulgent with your spouse's idiosyncrasies and love them because it just makes them them.. If you need to treat marriage like a business contract and put them on trial and point out who fell short where... Dont get married.
You know... Deb was not always right n this was one of those time. She had no reason to try to curl her hair some more she looked fine. Just goes to show you what vanity can do
Debra should have been with Robert. I feel like Robert even though people thought he was odd looking and awkward. I feel like for them to get such a ugly actress to play his wife was a terrible move. No offense to Monica who played Amy. But dang some of her facial expressions are terrible! I feel like Robert was secretly in Love with Debra and knew that she deserved better then her deadbeat husband. 🥰

They would've lasted 3 days tops lol. Robert actively cheats on every woman he gets with and is always breaking up with them because "he's not happy." Dude's ex wife was a stripper 💀 No. Debra would rather have a loyal lazy ass then some deadbeat cheating loser like Robert
When Debra was late, she lost all her credentials and credibilities. She was vain! I absolutely detest people who were inconsiderate then later acting all nice and making empty promises not to do it again. Ray already expressed himself earlier when Debra was late to the movie that being on time was very important to him and she should have respected that!
@@Person-mh6xq You would think she knows how long she needs to get ready? And what's with the last minute curlers? Anyway, this is love and life. You drive each other crazy at times.
Imagine being in a relationship with a person that whenever you make plans together and set a time, that person makes you late. Ray is always after his wife physically, and she swats at his nose like a dogg begging for treats. She uses the upkeep of the house as an excuse, yet chooses to refuse the help from the grandmother. That night was special to him, and she still could not stifle her own feelings/pride to be early or on time. This is the epitome of selfish, but not surprising. He must be punctual with the money to pay the bills, and to support her financially and emotionally. But she gets to be late whenever she wants, and he has to accept it because he loves her? GTEFOH. I'm glad he left her at home, and he should have never apologized for it.
Robert is the best!!
Usually, I don't love it when they bring in another cast member after it's been established for a while, but Amy and her parents was a great addition.
Agreed! I especially loved Amy but adding her parents created some good plot lines.
Especially the brother
Actually I hate Raymond
She's the wife of the writer/show runner.
Why is everyone taking this show so seriously, just laugh

Debra has her own car btw
Agreed! Some of what we saw as the logical thing to do had to be ignored or it would have NOT BEEN SO FUNNY !
Ray was right to leave Debra behind. He said “630” and he meant it.
And she agreed.

So sorry for your loss. 🙁
They should have done a 'what if episode' say Robert had been the foo-ton guy instead of Raymond and had married Debra.
Yess Robert is the best
I feel Robert always had a crush on debra
I googled Peter Boyle young and he actually had quite a boyish looks :)
I wish there were free online episodes of Everybody loves Raymond, but neither Netflix, Tubi or the Roku app has it.
Peacock is worth the monthly fee honestly
Paramount + has whole 9 years
Love Robert. He was the better son
I LOVE ROBERT,RAY DOESNT DO THINKS WITH HIS FAMILY,JUST COMPLAIN ,AND HIS MOTHER,I HAD A MOTHER IN LAW LIKE HER .
Ray = 🫏
No respect for his brother or his family 😅
❤ Robert
What? Ray and Debra never heard of using deadbolts?
I don't know what maa see's in him 😂

Maybe you should just be on time. People won’t evolve around you
I'd rather be single than be married to someone like you. Poor guy.
"Three minutes to spare."
What an a-hole. Normally I give Debra credit for staying with a deadbeat husband such as Ray, but in that episode, she was definitely in the wrong.
Deadbeat husband that pays for her free life to stay at home and not work??? 🤦 You clearly have 0 clue of what a being deadbeat means.
Stay home and not work? . Is that what you mean? Cjearly you have no idea what being a stay at home mom of 3 kids means!

Based on Ray Romano himself.
I always thought Rob & Deb should've hooked up. Go from comedy to soap (or both.. Katherine Helmond had experience with that).
That's really screwed up
@wa2k99 How so exactly?
Robert and Debra were more compatible, but it wouldn't have been nearly as funny.

If every man/husband leaves their wife who can't be on time, then they may learn their lessons to be on time and punctual.

As the show has aged and Gen Z has got ahold of clips it's become Everyone Hates Raymond.
