Hei Rob, question, i made a touch of death spiritborn, and I like it, but I added andariels visage instead, and did a pit 70 easy with 0 glyphs :p, how do you think that helhet fits the build ?
After paragon 240 each level is very long and at 260 gets even slower. I think casuals wont even make it to 300 by the end of the season that’s how long it takes.

@@M4RTN11 that’s a thing about the information I heard about path of exile too is that they are making it more casual friendly that’s why I have a feeling and a lot of of these people that are waiting for us to come out or not gonna like it because I think they’re gonna make it easier than the original and it’s gonna turn them off and they’re gonna complain
I think that’s okay. 220-250 gives you enough paragon points to make a strong enough build that will tackle any content in the game. 300 is not necessary, it’s just an optional goal for the hardcore players to chase
On Spiritborn even Paragon 100 is enough to do everything the game has to offer on Torment 4 😆. I don't think most casuals will even reach 250 at the end of the season, especially if they don't play Spiritborn

@@prolikethat5995 still it doesn't count most of ppl who already hit the cap were using bugged evade or bugged shield/life volley builds.. People with normal progression using not bugged builds are maybe 200-250 paragons between T3/T4.
@@DeadMenTNT less bugged builds* spiritborn sure is an outlier but every major build every season is done around a glitch. LS and stormslide on season 5, lots of crap on barb and rogue and so on. I'll agree SB is kinda horseshit even by D4 standards tho
@@RodolfoConversani Honestly, I don't mind Spiritborn dealing trillion damage. What bugging me is that, I pay the same price for the expansion but I can't play the class I like because Blizzard decided for all of us that to fully enjoy this expansion, we have to play Spiritborn. Otherwise we will be gated at PIT T85 or something. I don't want Spiritborn to be nerf, it's fine as it is. And I imagine buffing all other class would be too complicate. So maybe just lower monster health across the board for 20-25% would be enough. With this changes, other classes can farming PIT100 too while Spiritborn can enjoy creator super power for this season.
the exp shrines stack like the old helltide things, you can get 3 hours of the exp shrine buff, so taking 10 minutes to find 1 or 2 isnt actually a bad strategy
First off Rob-Love what ya do! Big part of the reason I still entertain this game. Kudos. Hilarious how the trivial the nature of this is… “I swap my two 3GA’s perfect rolls with my other two 3GA’s with perfect rolls and it saves me about 6 seconds per pit run” purely optimized version. This is semantics at this point, there is nothing more to fight for and we’ve got 3 more months bro you can’t stretch that content much further lol. They need meaningful content once you get to paragon 150+ & reasons why you should go up 20-30 paragon to beat the next boss, to earn the next skin, or unlock Tier 5. I understand this is spirit born privilege but my god we can’t keep doing the same mind numbing content for majority of the seasons every season. Give us more bosses. dark citadel is good just give us 1 player version with box check and skill based checkpoints. I want a reason to play and grind beyond paragon 200, but I already 1-shot everything in the game. They don’t give me reasons to want to min-max.
Thats the problem with d4 it's shallow af. It's only purpose is to make U feel like a gambling junkie stuck in a casino 247 pulling the slots. I played this game each season extensively and that's how it made me feel. Problem also is if U have issues with sunk cost fallacy like I do U get stuck in the game for a long time till U start complaining how it sucks now and it's boring and can't move on to play something else cuz ur like wtf did i just invest all my time and work on? For wut? Best way is like some is to play few weeks each season and quit till next season. Don't think about it too much, move on. Maybe if it was more than just a glittered gambling game ud have a reason to stick around for longer but such is not the case rn.
150 pit requires a little bit of min maxing and there is an achievement for that. It can at least last you to paragon 250. After pit 150 there is not much more to chase
@@yilei1051 so for 90 or so pit levels (60+) there’s nothing to aim for - It’s all just air. They could have progress points - skins to unlock every 10 levels or a spark every 25-30, unlock more ladder bosses, or unlock a harder difficulty. Hell if they offered something simple like seasons journey caches every 10 levels that were marked so you could see you get a chance at mythics at a certain point. Million and one ideas, but we’re beating a dead horse with pit runs dominating every bit of gameplay content, at least make them for a reason it being 3/4th of the time spent EVERY season. They could’ve introduced 2 ladder bosses and 2 more world bosses, that shit is not hard to program and code into the game in the new area and it’s an easy ask. And they could’ve made them 50% stronger than the other current bosses with 50%(+) rewards and nobody would’ve been upset, it woulda made sense.
@@juggernautstark1 it’s not for everyone, but climbing is a big part of Diablo experience for me. Getting even 5 tiers higher means 3 times of the HP as before. It normally takes much more power to achieve that. Just 1-2 weeks earlier, pushing one extra tier would feel like a big step. Now that others have already figured out the build, you can still experience your own power growth by pushing as high as possible and see where you can reach. The tier is the progression itself. This season feels bland because 150 is achieved so early. Next season it might take longer and people would have to min max harder to get there. The accessibility of 150s should not be taken as granted.

maybe one day D4 will be as good as D3 is with good party finder like D3 where you join community chats across server for thing you target to do and have 4 man party with tank and support what boost exp and clear time not by just pure dmg. It is crazy how bad party finder is in D4 if you are not streamer most of times party finder is just dead and even if you get party there is not much motivation to do it when more ppl vs solo is not so huge difference like it is in D3
Hey Master Rob. Thank you for yet another informative video. You mention closing xp being major exp from a pit. I have never closed a pit like talking to an npc in town to close like in D3. Or is the closing happening as soon the boss dies basicly? Hope so, if not i have wasted a ton of exp just opening a new pit after boss dies.
If I wanna go every season for 1-300 paragon, Im gonna quit. This is the stupidest idea, to make people do only 2 activities over and over again instead of making great content (the dark citadel is a total fail). 250-300 is too slow to spend hours for it. Its like season 0, where exp growing was too slow and ppl lost the interest.
It's not like you do 0 damage until paragon 300... you can "beat" the game well before Paragon 200 easily. The rest is just gravy and mostly for max pit pushing only and those who want to put in the extra time for bragging rights. Play as much or little as you like, but let the no lifers have something extra to do. I actually wish the paragon WASNT shared for alts...

Question: I am confused about the green nodes on Rob's Paragon boards. Alot of them aren't connected to the main path. Some are just random nodes far away not connected any close. What am i supposed to do with those?
im trying to figure out the pargon 100 % board point aplication, my glyphs are at 70% chance for sucess..even at that when i aply points to them they fail
@Rob have you had any issues with salvaging (both ancestral and non ancestral) and not getting the aspects? Have had this happen a few times more so I’m nervous to salv anymore. Posted on blizzard forum and I’m not alone. I have heard nothing from blues addressing this.
Hi rob, your “grounded” node in the revealing tree only requires around 1600 dex to be green and give bonus, in my tree around 2100 dex is required. Why is that?
Everytime I try one of Robs build I always end up thinking I must have forgotten something. With this new "fast pit" build a barely managed 110 in 5 minutes. There's no way this build can do a 110 in 90s. Plus, the build in this video is not the same as the planner e.g. gloves in planner go for overpower dmg, while in the video it's basic skill dmg. most of the masterwork is different as well.
90 seconds is really tough, even if you are doing much lower levels like Pit 70. Depending on the spawns, it could take you more than 90s to run through the map to reach enough enemies. Only time I could consistently do sub 90s was using the Evade build before it was nerfed, but that was because it basically moved 3x faster (without needing to stop to attack) than you can normally run.
Only use circle if your going circle build. I'd be using his 1 shot p260 thats he's playing as current. It only has 1 circle to help boss fight. Not multi x circle tempers
Rob, hi. Can you please make a video or say here how to farm marevit for making gear to lvl 12. Nightmare hordes is the only way? Because it is too slow way
Did they nerf resolve stacks on gear? I have an old pair that I double crit and it went to 9 resolve stacks got a new pair that’s 2GA that I’ve been trying to triple crit and just managed to double crit it and it’s only at 7 resolve stacks both are max tempers
@@dfillio8993 lol you’re not alone. Believe me when Rob showed 9 or 13 rank pants I triple checked the black smith and saw the temper only says 1-2 and was like how the hell does it get so high. Apparently it’s bugged and goes up 50% each time instead of 25%.
The Chinese figured out a trick to get 18 resolve stacks lmao. They used necreo to get a certain temper, and then they retempered it to resolve on SB after upgrading it. I think it's patched now, but I believe they cleared 150 in like 3 minutes bc of that

I’ve never heard anyone say that but some of the building guide videos for Poe are not to the point enough. Some of the videos are like 30 minutes long and they could easily be 10 at most. There is one dude I forget his name but I follow him so I’ll have a look after this comment who does just get to the point. I hope Poe 2 has better group play because if 1 did I think less people would have played d3
Is there a secret to getting Mythic Uniques? I have gotten 3 this season, but I am up to over 90 runs now in a row without a single unique, WTF??? I am running T4 and doing all the bosses, still trying to get GA gear that I need
I ran 203 uber bosses with 2 friends and got zero. One of the two got 6 or 7 and the other got 3 or 4. I did get 2 one each from Varshan and Grigoire though.
Love the video, but I found a more efficient way to farm paragon and hit 550M+ xp / hour in group. Pit 65 clears in 40-60 seconds flat. Math it up. You’re welcome ❤
@@xXFallout2 You didn't read my comment did you. If your build can speedfarm 70-110 under a minute it's more efficient to do that. If you can only do 65 that's fine, but 65 is not categorically better for all builds. Especially when you factor in downtime between runs. Also the difference between 70 and 110 is 2.4M xp (not a few thousand) just for finishing the pit run, it seems you didnt watch the video.
I'm 254 on my HC Spiritborn with only 50 hours played. There's nothing magical or special about it. You just run the Pit again and again and have at least an 8% elixir up along with an incense. It's not rocket science.
Should the Paragon System stay this way, this is my last Season. Not planning on playing hundreds of hours for some shitty Parapoints i dont really need anyway. But i also cant ignore it. Im pretty certain we will see a midseason patch with many XP Bonuses, so i save my time doing more interesting Things. And for the next Season, the XP Curve will get flattened so a majority of the Players have at least a CHANCE to see max Lvl. D4 is Casual Content, and Blizz knows that.
@@AmontharI'm glad I'm not the only one. Also, finding glyphs has been a huge issue for me this season. Spent 9 hours farming nm dungeons/helltides and only have 2/5 glyphs I need for my build. It's really odd.
Meh, I just play the game. If it starts to feel like a grind, that's when I feel the devs have failed and I'll play something else. I'm paragon 237 and I haven't put paragon as a priority yet. My characters are powerful enough clearing T4 at a comfortable rate. I don't care about pushing pit levels/times.
You don't understand how lucky hit works. Quill volley has 12% base lucky hit chance. If your stat sheet says you have 96% increased lucky hit chance then that multiplies the base lucky hit of Quill Volley by 1.96 which give you a 23.52% lucky hit chance on quill volley. On top of that, there is only a 15% chance on lucky hit to restore mana from the affix. 15% of 23.52% is 3.53%. You are usually going to be hitting multiple enemies with multiple projectiles which gives plenty of 3.53% chances to restore mana, but getting bad luck means you're not overpowering for big damage. Better to do less damage overall but be consistent rather taking longer on some packs and overkilling others.

How to Farm Experience **for Spiritborn** (The only class capable of farming T110 efficiently)
All you have to do is find whatever pit you can one shot elites and farm that. Its boring af but its what everyone did in d3 for years

GAs are ridiculously rare it’s actually annoying… way too rare considering 90% that we find are useless.

Luckily, paragon points are shared across the account. So the fastest way to get a Sorc up to 300 is using a Spiritborn.

He doesn't use basic skills, but you still need to sink 2 points into a basic to unlock the next skill tree tier

Well.. based on what he shows in the video the quoted timings are in 4 man speeds. Don't think he really meant solo..
Hey Rob, using your resolve stacking build with shroud, should I be using that paragon board still, or the updated shroudcircle paragon board?

It doesn't stack but the other effects do so if you stack them you're stronger which means you clear faster

Did they nerf resolve stacks on gear? I have an old pair that I double crit and it went to 9 resolve stacks got a new pair that’s 2GA that I’ve been trying to triple crit and just managed to double crit it and it’s only at 7 resolve stacks both are max tempers
It’s 7 when you’re at mw8 with two hits. If you go to 12 and miss the third hit it will go to 9. Don’t worry

@@dfillio8993 lol you’re not alone. Believe me when Rob showed 9 or 13 rank pants I triple checked the black smith and saw the temper only says 1-2 and was like how the hell does it get so high. Apparently it’s bugged and goes up 50% each time instead of 25%.
The Chinese figured out a trick to get 18 resolve stacks lmao. They used necreo to get a certain temper, and then they retempered it to resolve on SB after upgrading it. I think it's patched now, but I believe they cleared 150 in like 3 minutes bc of that

I’ve never heard anyone say that but some of the building guide videos for Poe are not to the point enough. Some of the videos are like 30 minutes long and they could easily be 10 at most. Is there a secret to getting Mythic Uniques? I have gotten 3 this season, but I am up to over 90 runs now in a row without a single unique, WTF??? I am running T4 and doing all the bosses, still trying to get GA gear that I need
I ran 203 uber bosses with 2 friends and got zero. One of the two got 6 or 7 and the other got 3 or 4. I did get 2 one each from Varshan and Grigoire though.
I think it's purely RNG. I got 2 last night after a week drought. But before that, I got 2 back to back.

Love the video, but I found a more efficient way to farm paragon and hit 550M+ xp / hour in group. Pit 65 clears in 40-60 seconds flat. Math it up. You’re welcome ❤
How is that more efficient when he's doing a 110 in 45 seconds? Just do the highest pit tier you can under 2 mins solo, or under 1 min in a group.
Pit levels hardly differentiate exp rewards. 110 isn't much more than 65

@@xXFallout2 You didn't read my comment did you. If your build can speedfarm 70-110 under a minute it's more efficient to do that. If you can only do 65 that's fine, but 65 is not categorically better for all builds. Especially when you factor in downtime between runs. Also the difference between 70 and 110 is 2.4M xp (not a few thousand) just for finishing the pit run, it seems you didnt watch the video.

I'm 254 on my HC Spiritborn with only 50 hours played. There's nothing magical or special about it. You just run the Pit again and again and have at least an 8% elixir up along with an incense.
It's not rocket science.
This season is straight buns, only because I don’t own the dlc I can’t craft mythics bc I can’t get runes
Should the Paragon System stay this way, this is my last Season. Not planning on playing hundreds of hours for some shitty Parapoints i dont really need anyway. But i also cant ignore it. Im pretty certain we will see a midseason patch with many XP Bonuses, so i save my time doing more interesting Things. And for the next Season, the XP Curve will get flattened so a majority of the Players have at least a CHANCE to see max Lvl. D4 is Casual Content, and Blizz knows that.

@@AmontharI'm glad I'm not the only one. Also, finding glyphs has been a huge issue for me this season. Spent 9 hours farming nm dungeons/helltides and only have 2/5 glyphs I need for my build. It's really odd.

Meh, I just play the game. If it starts to feel like a grind, that's when I feel the devs have failed and I'll play something else. I'm paragon 237 and I haven't put paragon as a priority yet. My characters are powerful enough clearing T4 at a comfortable rate. I don't care about pushing pit levels/times.
paragon boards doesnt matter at monk - all it matter for this class are BUGS in mechanics
You said don’t use lucky hit but what if my lucky hit is at 96% it’s just about guaranteed.
You don't understand how lucky hit works. Quill volley has 12% base lucky hit chance. If your stat sheet says you have 96% increased lucky hit chance then that multiplies the base lucky hit of Quill Volley by 1.96 which give you a 23.52% lucky hit chance on quill volley.
On top of that, there is only a 15% chance on lucky hit to restore mana from the affix. 15% of 23.52% is 3.53%. You are usually going to be hitting multiple enemies with multiple projectiles which gives plenty of 3.53% chances to restore mana, but getting bad luck means you're not overpowering for big damage. Better to do less damage overall but be consistent rather taking longer on some packs and overkilling others.
