Hey bro are these dumbbells safe?.....Problem is these cheap adjustable dumbbells are very risky specially if you are doing chest press or skull crushers. Reply if possible.

Have been using them for 3 months now, and as per my experience these are pretty good for daily use , will rate the quality a 7.5/10 considering the price you get these its a fair deal .The Bar is pretty solid, as good as you see in any premium gym.
if your budget doesn't allows you to buy those expensive equipment's, These are good to get started and would easily last for 2-3 years if maintained well.
