30 mins soaked basmati rice - 200 grams (1 cup)
Water - 1½ cup (for 1 cup of rice)
Onion - 1
Tomato - 1
Chilli powder - 1 teaspoon
Coriander powder - 1 teaspoon
Garam masala - 1 teaspoon
Turmeric powder
Garlic cloves - 5 to 7
Ginger
Green chilli - 1
Black cardamom - 1
Kalpasi
Oil - 1 tbl spoon
Ghee - 1 tbl spoon
Cinnamon stick - 1
Star anise - 1
Cardamom - 1
Bay leaf - 1
Cloves - 2
Mint leaves
Coriander leaves
Salt
Curd - 3 tbl spoon
Lemon juice - ½ teaspoon

My go to recipe. I love it. I also air fry chicken breast then add it in just at the end to bulk it out. Always a winner, works every time. I just limited the chili and it was fab.
