Extremely informational to Mr. I too wish I had heard them 10 or 20 years ago. Right now my senior body & mind are presented with a lot of issues. Hope God & I can change it for the better. Practical information like this is very needed-3 streams to a whole life.
For the first time, I have an answer to what I'm going through! I have Postherpetic Neuralgia that developed into Trigeminal Neuralgia - on the right side of my face and scalp. I have taken care of my parents (both with Alzheimer's) for 7 years. I came down with it when my Dad fell and cracked his head open and died 4 days later. I have been trying to "tough it out" so I can help my sister enjoy her retirement. I've even been down on myself because there are times when it's almost unbearable, but I don't want to show weakness. THANK YOU FOR HELPING ME RETHINK THIS!! GOD BLESS YOU!!

Praise GODD!! We can even smile and laugh by faith!! NOW that is living by faith and not by senses!! If you start out laughing by faith then it won't be long till you'll start laughing at yourself! Praise JESUS!! The reason why physical exercise affects our minds for good is because its practicing focus, discipline and obedience; and it causes us to practice deep breathing, along with good blood circulation and the increase oxygen in our blood cells are some of the awesome benefits of physical exercise~Amen!!
Hallelujah. Jesus is Lord indeed. Lord help us to overcome all weaknesses, laziness, ignorance, negativity from the past, and help us to choose to exercise godliness and the body in Jesus might name
