These young ladies are the best female rock band out there ..
The bassist, Ale, is the youngest and the other two sisters say she is the most flawless and NEVER out of time. Pau even said its scary....
Ale also has the least responsibility on stage compared to her sisters so she can focus solely on her bass playing. She isn’t multitasking like her sisters.

The word is early on Disney trued to sign them, but the ladies didn’t want to relinquish creative control of their music and become another living Disney cartoon.

At long last someone who acknowledges the brilliance of the bass playing Ale.
Ale always gets credit so I’m not sure what you are talking about. She sings one line in the breakdown of choke and everyone goes crazy over that which I don’t get. The underrated sister is surely Dany.
@@Metal4Life666 Recently saw a reactor gush over Pau non stop yet did not even know Dany's name and never mentioned Ale. Another reactor commented how hard Pau was hitting the drums, which she does. Then for Ale he said she is wearing pink pants.

Ale on the bass is great. I'm glad you gave her the respect she deserves. I'd recommend always watch the live versions of their songs. They're amazing.

They actually turned down an offer from Disney years ago, because they wanted to turn them into some cutesy pop teeny-bopper act.

Their ages are easy to figure out because they were all born near New Year's day, and singer Dany was born in 2000, so in 2023 she is 23 and Pau (drummer) is 2 years younger at 21 and Ale (bass) is 5 years younger at 18. At this 2022 concert they were 22-20-17. When the album containing UGH was released in 2018 they were 18, 16 and 13 so you are raving about a bass part written by a frail 13yo girl who was barely big enough to hold a standard size bass. And yes, Ale wrote the part herself, because these girls have written and arranged their own music since they learned how to songwrite back in 2013-14 as part of a workshop given by Ale's bass teacher, Pablo González Sarre. They learned how to record their own music in 2014 courtesy of Pablo's friend Jake Carmona. They learn how to produce their own music courtesy of Carmona when he produced their 2015 EP "Escape the Mind", their 2017 first album "XXI Century Blood", and their 2018 second album "Queen of the Murder Scene." Dany received a professional "Producer" credit on XXICB and all three of them received "Producer" credits on QotMS. As soon as they have enough money I have no doubt they'll begin building their own recording studio.
Alejandra is a monster on Bass !

This is such an underrated song by The Warning. What a great band!
The Warning have been a Modern Rock band, with old school vibes. Unforgettable power chord Riffs, Bass heavy, insane drum work, soul hitting lyrics, and off the chart charisma from a 3 pc power trio. They are what I like to say, a Studio Quality Live Band. They don't try to replicate the studio work on stage, they try to capture the stage, in the studio. Your never disappointed in them when you go to a show, because of this. You fell in love with the LP's, watching the videos, but Seeing them live only multiplies the enjoyment. They play loud, and hit you with a Wall of sound, and leave you asking how can just 3 ladies do that? 🤯 Pick anything from this same 22 song concert to watch, as they shared the entire event on their YT channel.
Alejandra, on bass, is 17 years old in this video. She has been a Spector Bass featured artist since she was 14. She is playing her custom 5 string Spector here. If you go back almost exactly six years, The Warning opened two shows in Mexico for Def Leppard. Ale was 12 years old back then!
The Rock Band was their intro to playing music. They have two songs on that game now.

That bass is a custom USA Spector 5-String that was hand delivered to her by Spector while they were recording their 3rd album (ua-cam.com/video/lq6q5riGdbE/v-deo.html). The color of the finished is named after her ("Ale's Inferno").

Guitar Hero? Indeed. They began by playing Rock Band and wanted to be the characters on the screen. They even had two of their early songs included in the game. Pretty darn cool.
Their sound is old rock, but new. Someone said that if 90s rock were new today, it would sound like this. They have a unique blend of old and new music that really grabs my ear, and I like it. Thanks for helping to spread the word.
Great call ..The Girls at ages 5 and 7 (Ale the Bass player was to young) were given the video game Rock Band...and the rest is history. BTW Rock Band has put 2 of The Warning songs on different versions of the game. Great review ..do more.
These ladies are the real deal! The custom Gibson Explorer Dany is playing was gifted to her in the middle of their set by Lzzy Hale while they toured together last year.
Funny you say that because they have 2 songs in the Rock Band video game from way back in 2016 when they were 15, 13, and 10 years old!
Ale, the bass player, was 12 years old when they recorded this album, so she was even younger when she wrote the basslines for this. Yeah, she is THAT good. And this song gave them the most problems when they were composing it. They wanted to give up on it but their dad inisted they stick with it. In the process, a couple of other songs fromt he album spun off fromt heir working on this one. It is probably one of the more complicated songs they have ever done and it is a fast paced workout for them to perform it live. Funny you mentioned video games, they have a couple of songs on Rock Band video game and were actually inspired to become a rock band from playing that game when they were very young.
the 2 songs that came from this song were The One and The Sacrifice .
Everything is great with this group! But yes - bass is even more great! Always! What makes it absolutely fabulous, is that in Warning, the bass has as big role as desired. It's very important to have excellent bass when being a trio.

The Villarreal Velez sisters are amazing songwriters and performers from Mexico who live in Monterrey, San Pedro Garza Garcia, Nuevo Leon. Each one of their original songs is great. Their second album, "QUEEN OF THE MURDER SCENE", is a concept album. It follows a girl's journey into unrequited love; from infatuation and obsession on into stalking and murder, then madness and the fight over her soul. It is a masterpiece. It was nominated for Best Rock Album at the 2019 Independent Music Awards.
Their 1st full-length LP, "XXI CENTURY BLOOD", is also very good and is packed with many great songs. The video for the title track, "XXI Century Blood", was nominated for and won many awards.
Their very 1st released recordings are from their 6 song EP, "ESCAPE THE MIND"; and it is amazing.
Despite being courted by numerous offers from many major record labels, The Warning have stayed independent through the years; relying on crowd funding to finance their projects. They refused to give up creative control over their material ... down to even the clothes they wear on stage.
After 7 months of negotiations, The Warning signed a 5 album recording contract with Lava/Republic Records/Universal Music Group in the fall of 2020.
They decided to release 1/2 (6 songs) of their completed 3rd full-length album in an EP called "MAYDAY" October 8th, 2021. The entire album was released June 24th, 2022: called "ERROR". "Disciple" is my favorite track!
The Warning do not come from a family of musicians, however, their parents are huge fans of classic rock.
Both parents are professionals (recording engineer and dentist) and they enrolled their daughters into a private Catholic English Bilingual school Liceo de Monterrey, Mexico.
They also started the girls with classical piano lessons at ages 6, 4 and 5 years old.
Regular family functions included gathering around the TV with popcorn and watching LIVE concert dvds of legendary bands like Led Zeppelin, Pink Floyd, Queen and AC/DC.
When their parents got them the video game Rock Band at ages 8, 6 and 3, they went nuts playing it obsessively. Shortly thereafter they got real instruments with lessons from professional teachers: and the rest is history. Amazing they are 23, 21 and 18 years old and have already written, arranged, and released #46 original songs.
I was fortunate enough to get to meet them after their show January 16th, 2020 at The Whisky a Go-Go in Hollywood, California. I had the opportunity to meet with them 3 more times during the 10 shows I attended on their 2022 North American MAYDAY Tour and 2023 ERROR WORLD TOUR.
Aside from their music, they are just normal, sweet, intelligent, and fun-loving young ladies who are truely grateful and endearing to their fans.

This whole show is the best concert I've watched in years.. These girls are the real deal.. they write it, play it, they all sing, play piano.. they have 2 of their songs on the latest version of Rock Band video game.. this band rocks... 🤟🎶☮️
They have a formidable innate talent, each one of them.
Despite their youth, they already carry a lot of experience in their journey, in addition to their great preparation since they were children.
Their attitude, discipline and willingness to achieve their goals are leading them to great deserved achievements.
They are still on the road to the top, but with too vast a potential to think that it will be inevitable.
In addition, the volume of quality involved in each of their creations is enormous... and the quantity of songs that carry this quality is enormous, which for me could be "The Warning label".
I'm sure that each of his creations is subjected to a meticulous quality process before finally seeing the light…
And not only technically, but also we have already verified that they have an exquisite taste for good music which emanates when they are inspired and creative.
Add to all this the fact that they are surrounded by an excellent family and fraternal team that is fully committed to their project and they have a tremendously loyal "The Warning Army" fan base that we are decidedly involved in supporting them because they have deservedly earned it for being incredible and amazing human beings.
I have been a fan at the time of many hard rock, progressive, alternative, metal, grunge and even pop bands, but I never found an album by those bands in which I liked all of their songs, I would like from one to the majority but never all…
But that's happening with The Warning.
This last example plus all of the above are the reason why they are my favorite band of all time.

It always gets me how people keep talking about their youth, like they know of nothing else to talk about. Almost all the big artists we love started young, but why didn’t people harp on that. I don’t get it, how about they just are great at what they do and continually learn and grow as artists.

Good Reaction. One thing about the song you picked is that Ugh is from a concept Album called Queen of the Murder scene. You picked the second song in the first album. The whole Album is about The Queen and what she does.
The single of this album was the song Dust to Dust which is also the prologue of the album.
This album is the story of a person that fights against a duality because of an obsession.
I first discovered these young ladies in June of 2015 and have yet to miss a single day in over 8 years in which I have not enjoyed listening to their outstanding and masterful music. In my nearly 64 years of life I have never been as excited about a new band as I am The Warning. And believe me, I have been to almost countless concerts over the past 40 years.
With their recent performance on the MTV Video Music Awards they have not only knocked on the door of superstardom, but blew that door off its hinges! They will, without a doubt in my mind soon be playing any venue they choose, including major arenas and stadiums. I also see them being invited not just to participate in, but to headline the biggest music festivals the world has to offer.
If you continue down this rabbit hole I guarantee you will not be disappointed. With a catalogue of nearly 50 original songs there is not a single bad song among them. I dare anyone to find one! With a wide range of styles incorporated into their music, every song is unique with no two songs sounding alike. Yet even with this fact, they have created a sound mixed into every song that is undeniably their own. They are The Warning, and I have been saying for many years now that they would one day be known world wide and be recognized as one of, if not the greatest power trio of all time. As you see here, they are well on their way to bringing that prediction to fruition.

3 sisters from Mexico who love to rock. Spanish is their first language and they have 2 songs in Spanish of their 50+. I have just found them recently and still have not heard a song I didn't like. They are best performing live and Pau on the drums sings lead in songs too Dust to Dust is a good one to experience that or my favorite song Disciple where they share lead vocals and is a banger. Ale on bass is incredible and I'm glad you noticed that. Dany on guitar and lead vocals is a great front women her voice is very unique and she can really belt it out. Thanks for reacting to TW. 🤟🔥⚡⚡

You should really check out The Warning's song Dust to Dust for an awesome bass line! I'm sure TWA will suggest other songs too, but Dust to Dust is the first all original song I saw by The Warning and I've been hooked ever since (just 2 years ago).
On Evolve they start slower-ish then speed up. On this one they start fast-ish and they slow down 😊.

For context, UGH is song two of their concept album Queen of the Murder Scene. She has a crush on a dude who barely knows she exist. She is singing her frustrations of not having him as her BF. Thus one reason for the title, UGH. Keep up with the Warning, they have an active fan base and will bring in many subscribers to your page. Good Luck. Oh, and it was Rock Band, not guitar hero. Rock band has drums and guitar and I think a bass also.

As stated they had troubles finishing this song, BUT 2 other songs on this album came from this song, the 2 songs that came from this song were The One and The Sacrifice . As great as Teatro Met performance is they have other great concert vids like Pau on piano singing Black Holes at Dakota bar, which bring TWA to tears for some, also this song The Warning - Dust to Dust @ Whisky a Go Go - Patreon Release* in Jan 2019. which in MY opinion is the best version of the song, or when you can get to it their TedX performance of Survive which is one of their songs on Rockband 4, and this song and peformance is what hooked many of us TWA. anyways cool reactions cioa for now from Victoria BC 🤘🏾⚡

This journey is like rediscovering rock, I was a concert junkie throughout the 90s and all just went to sh!+ Pretty much so after almost 20 years these incredible talented sisters I can once again enjoy real artistry on stage.
