I actually made this today for my family, and got compliments all around! I added some extra chicken stock and mushrooms, and ate the soup with some ciabatta, its * chef's kiss*! Thanks for the great recipe!

@@ELI-om4xr I did add in some parsley to enhance the taste and used truffle salt for seasoning. Besides, his recipe turned out to a slightly watery for me. I did boil it down for a thicker consistency :) Let me know how yours went!

Green onions are the normal onions for me 😂 for soups it taste better if they are added almost at the end with some cilantro.
I cook this whenever i dont have any appetite. Put a pinch of black pepper and dried chillies and skip the cheese. I go crazy over this!
