- This is a bit of a unique workout. I have in IFBB PRO Theresa Ivancik. Theresa is going to switch classes so she is changing her shape. This workout will give anyone that look you want. A great quad sweep wide upper lats and big shoulders. Give this workout a try and let us know how you liked it.

A lot of gyms have no idea about this equipment or if they do they just don't have the funds. Tell your local gym motor about it and see what can be done to get it

What's the difference between BB and physique?
@@MILFCORE judges look for different things in different divisions. Even the poses they hit are different. It's just a different emphasis on how they're built.
It is not a given and if it was one, everyone would drop down. She is going to have to lose size and come in with a different conditioning package because the judging criterion is different.

I've started squatting fairly light with full depth front squats. It's a love-hate relationship, but man do you really feel it in the quads.

Meadows lunge or squat??
It sounded like she was clicking on leg curl did not catch it anywhere else, right knee possibly due to a knee buckling problem not addressed in this workout, but should be addressed as her right knee will probably buckle descending stairs, most likely in late evening when tired. causing complaints of her left leg being sore with early onset of arthritis increasing her back pain. Thus may want to perform exercises to inner quad to reduce knee imbalance I understand that the lateral sweep was very important but not addressing inner quad can create issues.

Great video. I learned a lot. Two questions about the lat complex. Are the banded pull ups full range (to the extent you can do full range even with bands at that point) or are they partials, like the first two (unassisted) pull up sets? And does elbow position make much difference in doing pullovers for lats? You emphasize a short range of motion in order to keep the tension on the lats in the pullover and you don't seem to either flare your elbows or squeeze them together. Some people say to flare the elbows to hit lats on the pullover, and some say the opposite. Does it make a difference, or is the range of motion the key to keeping tension on the lats?
Greetings from sweden mr mountaindog1, just want to say that your videos with resistance band have been seen over and over at my place now cause the corona and it has really helped me improve my home traning extremly well, but for not more than a minute ago i found your upper chest pullover video you did but with a dumbbell.
So my question is, is it possible that you can show any way to target the chest with a similiar excersise related to the pullover dumbbell excersise but with resistance bands instead?

Looking at your client, I was thinking maybe prowler pushing added a few times a week? I thought of this for her legs to catch up to her upper body plus there was talk of quad sweep. What an amazing physique all around though. Very goodlooking too.
