we dont have to think so complex.just be aware every moment .try to be in present moment. because unless and untill we learn this our mind will create new problem..the fact is our mind is judging the situation on its own way and perceving it as a problem. increasing consciousnness throungh pranayama is very essential to stay focused. ...however i would like appeal everyone your mind is creating every problem not you ..so have courage to control it and understand it..

I have learnt many things in this inspirational session .....m gonna share with uh....
1)When u think about ur individuality then u will get ur strenghth nd would be know who are u ? ....so think alone about ur individuality instead of in front of peoples.
2)after having find ur strenghth ...you need to do work according to that strenghth ,ability,interest etc.with that u will be more confident then others .
3) give priority to inspiration bcz it is ur inside ....so get inspire from urself .bcz inspiration is a permanant feeling wheares motivation is a temporary feeling so u should use inspiration instead of motivation .
4)when u do work deeply with understanding then u will get inspiration automatically from urself ...for example if u say get up to urself then u will immediately get up ...in the other hand if u want to motivate from others u need to see motivational videos like how to overcome lazyness etc.it will be a long process.
5)Happiness is a choice ...for happiness u dont have any need to find how to be happy ....happiness should be just from ur inside ....doesnt matter u have any reason or not to be happy.
6) You need to work for success .doesnt matter u will be fail .just do work for experiences.
7) think about whats really important to u in life .make that ur first priority .

My main issue is finding my goal, I'm just moving without a direction. Day by day, I do get to know about better and better goal but not the best! I give up old goal, which is really hard, after I get one more better so I never get any goal which I could call to be Best!
